yea true, any companies that sell prepper stuff are going to see higher values soon if they can keep up with demand. but they will have to have a plan for the following year if sales decline due to the sky not falling.

Maybe it’s propaganda. But there was a clear threat by Nazi Germany and imperial Japan where I wouldn’t want to live under such regimes.

Now I look at all the governments. Ukraine, Russia, UK, USA. From “hate crime laws” to crony capitalism, they are all corrupt. I used to think at least we aren’t China, then we witnessed being locked down in a heartbeat.

Agreed 100%. The world has gotten pathetic, to the point where it seems like it can't even function without the corruption. I don't see any way out of it aside from a reset, unfortunately.

I'm happy I didn't join the military. I couldn't imagine taking a life or giving mine for the sake of a government nobody with a brain trusts.

Totally agree on being mobile. Been stockpiling the tins all over the Peak District digging them in yet not in private places, can't state anymore than that as people might see this post and metal detecting for them in times of need. The good thing with Lidl is you get 4 years sell by date on their Herring fillets, we are getting 2028 right now. It's rotating previously dug in stock that gets a little confusing, I recommend keeping good records, it's the only hope of doing things right and to a good standard.

Totally agree that you do need weapons too Andy. This nation like many in the western world has been eclipsed by the East and is literally coming apart at the seams. I've mentioned legal weaponry (used for sporting reasons of coarse) before on here and the time is not so good for mentioning them right now, but yes we do need plenty and more importantly spares and ammo too

I like the boat idea, then again it might be nice to simply do that without the end of the world.

Survival would most likely equate to playing Fallout 4 for real Carp2, only a ""hell"" of a lot worse.

My seafaring skills are legendary but not in a good way. Hired a motorboat in Croatia reversed it out but cos I hadn't listened to instructions nearly took out a row of jet skis. The guy had his hands over his eyes.

When I got back I asked if their power boat (supercharged V8) was for hire.

"Not to you".
