Timing is interesting. The pre-trial at Guantanamo has been dragging on for a long time. No trial = no evidence disclosed.

So over 20 years later and still not has a trial being at the plea stage of the process. Been lots of them started, then someone would get moved, things delayed, start again later too go nowhere.
