The fact is during Joes resignation broadcast, the watch he was wearing had a different time from the time of the "Live broadcast" Along with a few other things which are obvious to an astute observer, whoever has the job to put on the public PR. Must have been running fast and missed a few things.What the public are supposed to see , and a simple analysis of what is seen .It is obvious to the observer that as far as the people putting out the events ..Joe Biden is not a person but a "Brand" representing a point of view and not a real person at all. or even a product which is being sold to the masses...So whoever represents the flesh and blood of Joe is irrelevant in this day and age, as the person representing Joe seems to be often replaced. I think that the "live" video was pre-recorded...and called live only because Joe was alive in it.

There are often Live videos that are pre-recorded, I guess that is normal in media now. Especially in disasters, most are recorded, then sent for editing, then they are put in the news. Just because something is said to be live these days means nothing.
