No idea what this is unless it’s a huge laser like they used on Skinwalker:



So is it giant laser shooting up, or something in the clouds projecting something down?

I have a powerful blue laser. You have to be careful no aircraft are in the sky when you light it up. Ill have to try it when its cloudy sometime and see what it does.

Looks like the 'UAP's/lasers seen when the Lahaina fire started.

S. America has been rumored to be a US military playground for decades.

If the laser is near a Volcano in Mexico... it could be the Large Millimeter Telescope (LMT) testing out a laser.
