This was passed just before Christmas of 2023, which gives authority to run the USA in the event of certain things which seem to have transpired. The public never even noticed that this piece of legislation was enacted. No wonder that the circus of politics is looking more like a theatre show it appears that this has bypassed what was left of the democratic process. If the past few weeks look like a set up then it could very well be. The guy posting the vid was dumbstruck that this had been passed as he is on the lookout for the ways that the private sector have been doing to the public purse. www.bitchute.com...

The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) is any of a series of United States federal laws specifying the annual budget and expenditures of the U.S. Department of Defense. The first NDAA was passed in 1961. The U.S. Congress oversees the defense budget primarily through two yearly bills: the National Defense Authorization Act and defense appropriations bills. The authorization bill is the jurisdiction of the Senate Armed Services Committee and House Armed Services Committee and determines the agencies responsible for defense, establishes recommended funding levels, and sets the policies under which money will be spent. The appropriations bill provides funds.

The guy probably had some chatter coming in over his ear peace that was referring to a possible shooter, so he was readying himself. That would be my guess. A possible lack of proper communication between the secret service and the other police is the issue. Not sure if that guy on the roof was one of law enforcement or a foe was most likely an issue...Maybe the cop that had climbed up on the roof right before the shooting radioed in, then that info had to be relayed to SS. I don't know what happened, but it probably put that guy on alert because he knew something might happen.

The secret service should have had more people there organizing everything and making sure everyone was on the same page. Maybe too many new people who were not used to working together. That roof should have had someone from the secret service on it too, from the top they would have had a good position to guard the event. It was not very steep, saw a video of it and guys were standing on it walking around. Yes, it was a metal roof, a good pair of shoes would have taken care of slippage problems and made it safe to work off of, heck, I would go on it with steel toes boots, you would not even need tennies on that one.

The buck stops here has resigned, that person should have assigned more people for events like that for a past president campaigning for the upcoming election.

The NDAA sets budgetary limits for the DOD appropriations and it is reviewed annually.
