Many outlets, news agencies, the msm, they all reported this. The real question is why? How could they all get it wrong? What sources would justify publishing that info?

Here is the MSM/Deep State doing what they do best. these false and misleading news reports which are designed to make understanding what really happened in Butler, Pa at Trumps rally nearly impossible. This particular contradiction technique has been happening all week, see its a pattern, a deepstate technique to obfuscate.

The only mystery is how/why the initial report was wrong. And the "deepening of the mystery" is how the contradictive reporting is happening on a daily basis, involving nearly every aspect of the events surrounding the Trump assassination attempt.

He is said to belong to a 'sporting club'. I think this is a club for hunters and such.

He has no records of being in a 'rifle team'.

Notice that these are two entirely different organizations. One is a fan club and one is a competition team. Do you see the difference?

I really don't think so, as mentioned in my OP the initial reporting actually went out of its way to say he was- a "comically" bad" shot. This would suggest the "rifle team". I mean you would have to bend the reasoning into a pretzel to suggest otherwise. Irregardless, why report that if it wasn't sourced properly, verified.

They never know what they are talking about. A gun is a gun to them. A gun group is a gun group to them.

They are almost never held accountable for their mistakes so why would it matter if they got it wrong.

That is not a strong argument, a very weak response.
The msm reports misinformation, omitts information as well as being part of the "wrap up smear" campaign Nancy Pelosi knows all too well. The past week most of the reporting has been later contradicted, this is a pattern that, by design, prevents the truth from coming to light. This is not about journalists getting something wrong in a news report its about a coordination between the deep state & the msm efforting to throw off the public-to buy time so they can get to the next news cycle and then clean up the narrative. If you don't see that or don't think that is happening then fine, thank you for sharing your opinion.

Are voters, the American public really going to believe these scrubbed revised reports of articles and accounts of past events? We have heard it many times but with the recent barrage of alterations of past reporting confirms journalism is dead-is truly a sad pathetic sight to see. From misrepresenting conservatives/republicans and conservative candidates to propping up anti-American progressives and democrats it is a wonder how Trump has come this far. Maybe this last Kamala episode of revisionist history will finally be the last straw.
