In a world where it is claimed that governments can place voices into your head through technology I do not think they need trigger phrases.
Imagine an unfamiliar voice, or even your own, telling you that offing a certain person is what they’re destined to do. How long could you deny this voice if it was a repetitive instruction and urged for you to complete a task? What if it promises to leave you alone only after your job is complete?

That's a trigger phrase if ever there was one.
I doubt Biden was part of a 'kill Trump' conspiracy.
Biden doesn't have the brainpower at this point to do that.
But still ... it's really weird that he used that phrase just hours
before someone did exactly what he said.
