The Gulf of Tonkin incident (Vietnamese: Sự kiện Vịnh Bắc Bộ) was an international confrontation that led to the United States engaging more directly in the Vietnam War. It consisted of a confrontation on August 2, 1964, when United States forces were carrying out covert amphibious operations close to North Vietnamese territorial waters, which triggered a response from North Vietnamese forces. The United States government falsely claimed that a second incident occurred on August 4, 1964, between North Vietnamese and United States ships in the waters of the Gulf of Tonkin. Originally, US military claims blamed North Vietnam for the confrontation and the ostensible, but in fact imaginary, incident on August 4. Later investigation revealed that the second attack never happened. The official American claim is that it was based mostly on erroneously interpreted communications intercepts. The National Security Agency, an agency of the US Defense Department, had deliberately skewed intelligence to create the impression that an attack had been carried out.
Has there been any event at all, that was proven to be a false flag event?
The Florida Farm Colony for Epileptic and Feeble-Minded was founded in 1921 and served as the state’s only public facility for the treatment of mentally retarded individuals until the 1960s. This institution was located in Gainesville, Florida.
Forced Sterilization of Native American Women
In the 1960s and 1970s, thousands of Native American women and girls had IUDs placed without their consent. This practice was part of a broader effort to control the population growth of Native American communities.
Forced Sterilization of Women of Color
During the 1960s and 1970s, tens of thousands of women of color were subjected to forced sterilizations. This practice was often justified under the guise of eugenics and was part of a broader effort to control the population growth of communities of color.
Government Admissions
In 1976, the U.S. General Accounting Office found that 4 of the 12 Indian Health Service regions sterilized 3,406 American Indian women without their permission between 1973 and 1976. The report also found that 36 women under the age of 21 were sterilized during this period, despite a court-ordered moratorium on sterilizations of women younger than 21.
Roman emperor Nero is believed by many historians to be responsible for one of the earliest false flag operations. Those historians claim that Nero was the perpetrator of the Great Fire of Rome in 64 AD in which a third of the ancient city was torched.
The emperor’s ulterior motive, they say, was to build Domus Aurea, an enormous building that would include the Colossus of Nero – none other than a massive bronze statue of himself! Before the fire, the Senate had blocked the emperor’s proposal to destroy a third of the city to make way for this complex.
