I think they need to get rid of all financial incentives to foster or adopt a child. Unfortunately, frequently we see crimes like this, there were foster kids kept in a dog kennel in a backyard, countless foster or adopted kids like poor Classic and Cincere brothers murdered by the adoptive parents out here near me.

It is very common. Even the youtubers you see like Dougherty dozen or whatever she has like 11 foster kids and gets a fat check from the state for each one. Even more if they have some kind of disability.

These people know that foster and adopted kids are goldmines for money from the state. And most states do very little vetting or research on these people before they just give them kids and a paycheck.

We saw that girl in Massachusetts that got duct taped. There was a documentary she got taken away from the mom.and put with foster parents who duct taped her to a high chair in the basement where she I think asphyxiated to death I can't remember but she died.

These people want a paycheck and once the kid is too much for them they abuse or murder them.

Glad these kids made it out alive.

The Indian caste system is very racially motivated. Dalit (also known as the untouchables), the lowest caste, are all very dark skinned people. Along with certain tribal groups, Dalit are not formally included in the caste system but form a separate 5th grouping of people who may not hold certain jobs, expect anything above basic education and cannot marry outside of their caste. Those that enslave or use this system to their own ends adhere to the Doctrine of Prosperity (in differing forms, exists in all religions), believe the people they use deserve everything they get because of some unknown past life misdeeds.

On the other hand, incentivising people to accept responsibility for other people's, often very damaged, children may be only way to keep them out of state or 'outsourced' institutions that do nothing to nurture or prepare those kids for adult life.

I think where the problem lies is in the lack of supervision and support. Strong minded social work specialists need to be recruited to oversee all fostering arrangements and schools/teachers/education welfare people to monitor wellbeing of all adopted children (forces veterans often make very good social workers).

If foster parents do not prioritise the child's welfare and this is observed through supervision and acted upon, the gravy-train types will melt away and the quality of foster care will improve.

At present in the UK, there are not enough fosters' or people prepared to adopt troubled children and so we have private enterprises running children's homes, making vast profits and not helping those children thrive.

Wherever you look, broken children are seen as an endlessly exploitable gold mine.

Look, if you're going to be racist why use black kids as slaves when we have all these hardworking illegals floating around looking for labor jobs? Hell, set up a Mexican Food truck and have them work for some crappy cheap food, you wouldn't have to pay them minimum wage or need to house them, even in a shed. Honestly the US can barely afford what social workers we have. Well we could easily have a lot more but the governments and municipalities spend money on other things. Whats more important than our future though?

Just prey on the weakest target for the biggest financial gain. If you don't feed clothe or bathe them or send them to school, they get a lot cheaper.

Which is why the whole depopulation thing makes no sense. The Rich are only Rich because of the Poor, Without Poor people to clean there houses , wash their cars , serve them food, Pilot their planes , Captain their Boats , Provide Private security and be in awe of there Money then they wouldn't be Rich .

A court filing said that neighbours "also reported that the children were forced to perform farm labor and were not permitted inside the residence".

The couple were arrested in October 2023 after a welfare check found two of the five adopted children - who are aged six, nine, 11, 14 and 16 - living in squalor in the barn.

Police are said to have found the 14-year-old and 16-year-old locked inside the barn, which had a portaloo, but no running water or lights.

The children said they had to sleep on the concrete floor without mattresses. They had dirty clothes and smelled of body odour. The 14-year-old had "open sores on his bare feet", according to the court filing.

I hope they gen pop that woman with 3 black cellmates and she ends up in cornrows at a follow-up court appearance.

Yeah, you cant get blood out a stone.

But you can get more money and taxes out of more people that consume.

Depopulation makes about as much sense to the super-rich as cutting off an arm or a leg.

The problem that will arise is that automation and AI over the rest of the next century may very well make 90% of the super poor who, facilitate and feed the bastards, out of a job.

That is an extremely good question and in my opinion probably has a more convoluted answer than we the Public would like .
