You clearly want Trump to be immune from prosecution.

And thats not going to happen if there is an ounce of justice left in the US system and Supreme Court.

As to whatever criminal case it happens to be, welll he's been charged with numerous criminal counts, including conspiracy to defraud the US and conspiracy against the rights of citizens.

Keeping track of them all can be quite a task.

Nobody is above the law.

Have a nice day.

The dicsussion in court is about immunity for official presidential acts.
It is not about blanket immunity for crime.

To put it in context, Obama ordered the drone strike of an American citizen and killed him - no indictment , arrest or trial.
If he did that as a private citizen he would be charged with murder.
Trump ordered and undertook an investigation into election fraud whilst President - absolutely within his Presidential authority and job description as the constitutional top law enforcement officer in the land.

That is the kind of immunity being discussed.

It has nothing to do with 'nO oNe iS aBovE tHe lAw'

It is about whether a President has leeway to perform his official acts that a private citizen would not.

If you want to hang on to your ignorance of the debate that is on you.

Good day to you too.

This is a complete # show for the government. They are consistently saying this only applies to Donald Trump.

Michael Dreeben is being grilled.

Only problem is the statue of limitations have run out on Clinton and Obama. And Joe is going to claim senility after his term runs out if they attempt to bring charges. And no matter how the election goes Hunter is getting a pardon after it. If he doesn't already have one squirreled away in a safety deposit box somewhere.

Alleged crimes can be reconfigured to make them relevant and applicable, making many statutes moot, like Alvin Bragg did in order to indict Donald Trump for using campaign money to reward Stormy Daniels for keeping quiet.

The saddest part of his is listening to the Liberal Judges trying to twist the law to only fit Trump at the same time the Conservative judges are trying to interpret the law. I am scared to think where we would be if those 3 had not been appointed.

They are not there to make a case.

We all have days like that.
Or at least most of us.

HOWEVER, as an attorney she needs to have a thicker skin.
And not whine about one's thin skin in public.....it looks weak.
As a SCOTUS, she should have already had that skin....or how the hell else did she get such a lofty occupation?
Nevermind.
Don't reply....it's rhetorical.

She has a history of telling people she cries when she doesn't get what she wants.
She is obviously a bit immature mentally and not fit to be a judge.
Blurted the same thing out in public about a month ago.

" Judge Alters Trump's N.Y. Gag Order, Allows More Talk "

" A judge on Tuesday modified Donald Trump's gag order, freeing the former president to comment publicly about witnesses and jurors in the criminal trial that led to his felony conviction but keeping others connected to the case off limits at least until he's sentenced July 11.

Judge Juan M. Merchan's ruling β€” just days before Trump's debate Thursday with President Joe Biden β€” clears the presumptive Republican nominee to again go on the attack against his former lawyer Michael Cohen, porn actor Stormy Daniels and other witnesses. "

Merchan Finally Realized Mr. Trump could send his Sorry Ahass to Guantanamo for LIFE with All the " Dirt " he has on this Guy if he Cared to when he is Reelected in a LANDSLIDE .

Revenge ? No , JUSTICE !

He WILL be Given " Some " Degree of Immunity from Prosecution for the Dubious Charges Against him While he was Prresident . The SCOTUS Must Acknowledge the Constitutional Law concerning that . It Cannot be Ignored or Reinterpeted . Question is now , to what Degree of the Letter of the Law they will Rule on ....

Hopefully Sotomayor will follow in Ginsburg's footsteps, by waiting until a Republican is President, before relinquishing her seat.

Presidents not Immune because he can be impeached, removed THEN tried. Thats how the COTUS is to be followed. So even WITH IMMUNITY in OFFICE,he is not covered for stuff OUTSIDE of office, and its scope.
