Maybe this year CNN will play background music for each debater. Fugue in D Minor for Trump and the theme from Superman for biden.
I'm going to make a point of looking closely at the background lighting or volume of the mics for subtle differences and that sort of thing. They could mix some grating harmonics into Trumps audio that would not be consciously audible but would make him sound subtly unpleasant. Maybe some subliminal messages being flashed somewhere.

Despite all the political rhetoric, I am actually worried about Joe Biden (as a person) during and before the debates. He is not well. And if the people who suggest he will be "injected'" with performance enhancing drug cocktails cause me serious concern, because I believe they are correct!

I am not sure this man can handle these things, coupled with the sure stress of performing competently, it must be near overwhelming for him.

The very last thing in the world I want to see is Biden conk-out during the debates, on TV, in front of America!! That does no one any good. Being "right" about his competency (or lack thereof) and then having him falter on a national stage are two completely different things. And, I don't want to see that, and I pray it doesn't happen.

I don't like Biden at all, not even one bit, and I resent about every fiber in his being, but I don't wish a public failure, on a national stage, in front of America, on anyone.

I am truly worried about this man.

Unless Biden has a miraculous medical recovery and becomes compos mentis during the debate there should be only one winner. I know Trump has had his own little memory issues which you expect at 78 years old he is certainly the most aware of the 2.
Trump will probably play on old Joes mental capacity pointing out many of his faux pas over the last few years in a bid to try and open up peoples eyes to the fact. He will probably also attack Kamala (As an outsider she is the most invisible VP i have seen in years)
What is more worrying is they are both poor candidates (My view as an outsider) are these 2 really the best choices from the Republicans and Democrat pool?
I don't have a dog in this race but if these are the 2 candidates I personally would vote Trump out of the two of them. From what I saw he doing a steady job for the US before Covid hit and that was a no win situation for any leader because you are damned if you do and damned if you don't.
Biden will of course mention the big drop in unemployment under his tenure without pointing out that the large amount of unemployed was due to covid and many industries getting rid of staff as they were closed. He wont mention that it is now around the same pre covid levels under Trump.
