Greetings ATS,

I'm working my way through the Bible again, starting in the Old Testament, currently I'm in the Book of Exodus, and as I began to read through the ten commandments I was reminded of something which came to mind the last time I read through the scriptures in this way..

IN Exodus 20: 5-6, God is speaking about the matter of accountability & blessing in the lineage of the Hebrews, a caution & a blessing which extends as an eternal statute of sorts, wherein God states that He calls the children to account for the sins of their fathers (for example, the descendants of the Nazi generation in Germany, who must exercise special caution that they do not slide back into far right or eugenics type behaviours & beliefs in the decades after the Second World War - that would be an example of the children being called to account for the sins of their fathers..) But He also immediately follows this caution with a promise of blessing, that to a thousand generations He will extend faithfulness & lovingkindness to the generations that follow on from those who have loved God & kept His commandments. So it is clear to see that in the accounts of God, there is a superabundance of blessing as the preeminent nature of the situation.

The Ten Commandments

Then God spoke all these words:

“I am the Lord your God, who has brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery.

“You shall have no other gods before Me.

“You shall not make for yourself any idol, or any likeness (form, manifestation) of what is in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the water under the earth [as an object to worship]. You shall not worship them nor serve them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous (impassioned) God [demanding what is rightfully and uniquely mine], visiting (avenging) the iniquity (sin, guilt) of the fathers on the children [that is, calling the children to account for the sins of their fathers], to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, but showing graciousness and steadfast lovingkindness to thousands [of generations] of those who love Me and keep My commandments.

“You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain [that is, irreverently, in false affirmations or in ways that impugn the character of God]; for the Lord will not hold guiltless nor leave unpunished the one who takes His name in vain [disregarding its reverence and its power].

Exodus 20: 1-7

I often thought, after the last time I read through this section, that those people in this life who live in a generally good & righteous manner, who find life comes easy to them, who are fulfilled & prosperous, who do good & important work in their communities -these are the people who have been caught up in the wave of superabundant blessing which follows after a generation that has loved & sought to have God as preeminent in their own lives, which has lived with humility & reverence, which has sought to amplify the value of human life & the preservation of the Earth in positive, life-filled ways. There are many in this life who struggle, and perhaps there is in those instances a matter of the cautionary principle, that some generational sin has taken root for which we as the affected descendant, must inquire of our history, inquire of spiritual leaders, entreating them to help us analyse the problems that we are facing, helping us to find the seed of God's forgiveness which then opens us up to a life of righteousness, unlocking that superabundant blessing for the generations who will come after us. We are either caught up in superabundant blessing, the wave of righteousness imputed to us by our righteous ancestors, or we are caught by a snare of accountability for some generational sinfulness or lack of reverence in the life that our forefathers lived, something that we must be freed from.

So there comes into this also the element of Christ stating that He came to seek & save that which is lost, not that which is already righteous - in the sense that the spiritually sick need a saviour, whereas those blessed in that wave of superabundant blessing are not at risk of being lost. We all need a saviour, in the sense that we all must bend the knee to the rightful King, and indeed those who are instinctively righteous will automatically do that when the opportunity presents itself, for they will instinctively recognise the King of Glory when they see Him, even from afar off. But those who are spiritually destitute are they who need to be 'saved' from the sin which so easily ensnares them. It is the comments of the Lord Himself concerning only the sick requiring a physician. It would also be relevant His comment that of: "Physician, heal thyself" for those who are instinctively righteous, who intuitively know who God is, in their heart of hearts.

Many will disagree with me & claim that all must become Christians in order to be 'saved' & enter Heaven. However, I know with certainty that God brings many to His kingdom who were not explicitly Christian while living on this Earth. The testimony of thousands of NDE experiencers affirms that many are gifted with an audience with Christ in the afterlife who had not been Christian before their brush with death - they almost all become Christian after their experience, but the point is that those who die, who have been swept up in the wave of superabundant blessing, following on from the generations which preceded them wherein their ancestors knew & reverenced the Lord - those people are kept in the palm of God's hand & experience a life of relative ease & straightforward trajectory, productivity, righteousness, prosperity & humility, their character being assured by God's indirect leading through the action of their subconscious & the dreams they experience, the people around them as they grow up, and the friends & colleagues that sharpen them as they progress through their adult lives.

I trust you will intuit what I am driving at, that God is weaving life through life, blessing, reverence, abundance, righteousness, grace, humility. Goodness is its own reward, but God blesses the generations that follow after the lives of His faithful servants. A living sacrifice of holiness reorders the generations of our descendants, causing righteousness to shine as a beacon for all to see.

As these things are increasingly being understood in our own time, we must understand also that due to the increasing wickedness of our own rulers around the entire world at this time, the increasing weight & burden of the slavery of the poor under the hand of the wealthy, we are approaching the literal End Times. God will not tolerate the generations beyond these last few suffering under the burden of eternal servitude at the command of these diabolical Luciferian elitist lunatics, who demand a future of genetic modification & transhumanism, a siphoning off of wealth until there is a two tier society of rulers & serfs. Even the push towards nuclear holocaust in an unwinnable war against Russia, while the rich retreat into city-sized bunkers, will not be tolerated, I believe, and ultimately those rulers will be cut down just when they believe everything is going in their favour.

Thanks for reading, please chime in with your thoughts.
