President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, has agreed to drop a lawsuit against former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani and his ex-lawyer Robert Costello. The lawsuit accused them of “total annihilation” of his digital privacy and claimed they manipulated data allegedly taken from his laptop, court records show.
A stipulation of voluntary dismissal was filed on June 13 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
The dismissal states that it has been agreed by and between all three parties and their respective legal teams that the lawsuit against Mr. Giuliani and Mr. Costello will be voluntarily dismissed without prejudice.
However, the dismissal must still be reviewed by U.S. District Judge Jessica Clarke, according to court records.

Being dismissed without prejudice means the charges can be refiled at a later date.
What stood out to me is Possibly the 'manipulation of data' can't be proven, which would not be good in an election year-despite the trail being heard by New York judge Jessica Clarke.
Going after Joe's misdeeds didn't work, since he's too old and confused to be held accountable for his illegal procurement of classified documents, so the GOP is going after Hunter. Maybe they DO have a game plan afterall?
I think itt was a wise move by the Hunter/Joe handlers to have them drop the lawsuit.

It probably was a good business move. Giuliani has something like 10 lawsuits active against him all over the country. The probability of Hunter Biden recovering anything worthwhile monetarily out of a civil lawsuit against him after all those other claims get settled is probably somewhere between slim and none. Like trying to get blood out of a turnip.

Isn't it Freakin' Obvious to Anyone who has a Fully Functional Brain ? Rudy Giuliani is a Trump Supporter and a Friend , and Mr. Trump is not the Only One being Attacked by the Left with Lawfare .

The absolute front of these guys asking that both sides pay their own legal fees.
The judge should be demanding for all legal fees to be paid by the people who brought this case and holding people in contempt.
