The demographics of the people who shifted means “it’s possible Mr. Biden gained a bit more than the two-point improvement among those we successfully recontacted,” Nate Cohn, the Times’ chief political analyst, explained in his newsletter Wednesday. “That’s because older, white and highly engaged voters were relatively likely to retake the survey, and those groups were much less likely to swing in the aftermath of the verdict.”

so it was an expensive way to get those 2 points from voters who previously supported Biden, but were so disgusted with him, they said they would vote for the destroyer of democracy instead. But since Trump was convicted of the horrible crimes, a small portion of those democrats who are sick of the idiocy, have chosen to continue the idiocy. But doesn't this kind of make it look like this was all political? I mean, that would be a horrible thing to say without proof, and I feel guilty for even typing it, but my backspace button is stuck, so I can't untype it.

But I do have to wonder, if the polls are correct, is half of the voting public honestly supporting a Biden/HARRIS ticket after seeing what they can and have done? I can see the handful of TDS sufferers, here on this site voting for "their guy at all costs", but it sure seems like the polls are trying to drive opinion, rather than the polls "reflecting" that same opinion.

Trump has pulled in over $400 Million in donations since the verdict comes in. I can see that going well over $1 Billion if he does get locked up. He will get legend status from a lot of people that don's usually care about politics, but know he must be doing something right with such a sham of a case. +100 Million votes next time.

While I have no problems with the first two images, the third one can only be indirectly blamed on "soft on crime" liberal DAs (like Chicago/LA). But can't entirely blame Sleepy Joe for shifting consumer sentiment that never really recovered after the pandemic.



I think the third one is survival of the fittest... unless we wanna prop up bait and switch stores like Footlocker, with no inventory, terrible options, and minimum 40% retail markup.

No tears for the dying retail commission when convenience and better options rendered the brick and mortar locations obsolete.

Also, furniture stores, appliance stores, Forever 21, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, Westfield Shopping Centers... and so on in that fashion.

Unless people don't like a free market capitalism that culls the least successful parts as it goes. It took a pandemic, a war on a food supplier, and zealous overspending to drive up inflation costs and dredge the market.

You can consistently blame a ton of things at once. Joe is a godawful president but not entirely to blame, unless you need to keep things simple.

Its people vs people hehe. Republicans aren't some monolithic bloc. Neither are democrats. People within both parties disagree with their parties' stance on certain issues it is not black and white. I don't see Putin having much patience for another 4 years of Ukraine as the conflict continues. The path Biden is on pushing for war, no negation has a bleak way forward. Germany thought they could take on the world, until the world said that's enough.
