It's a video.
I don't watch videos.
The video points out the doctors etc in Japan are not beholden to big pharma like in the west and are free to research and report what they see without fear of reprisal.
When they analysed the data by age and number of injections they discovered that those with 2 injections over the age of 65 were 20% more likely to develop dementia

I know these issue revolve around the mrna vaccines, but what about the J&J shot, that wasn't mrna? I know when it came out they claimed it was causing blood clots, and rushed it off the market. But are the people that only got the J&J shot having the same issues?
For the first time ever, Australia’s highest rating mainstream media, 7News, has dared to air a segment highlighting COVID-19 vaccine side effects, a topic largely censored over the past three years. The segment, named "After COVID," has brought to light the adverse effects many have suffered in the aftermath of receiving the COVID-19 vaccines, with testimonials from prominent individuals who experienced significant health complications.

I posted a link earlier about the dementia studies in Asia coming out , maybe I should have added what a family member who works in a elderly care home told me recently, and she is no conspiracy theorist, That some of the people in her care home are now in their late 40's and 50s with dementia.

Spatiotemporal variation of excess all-cause mortality, in the world (125 countries), during the Covid period 2020-2023,
In 2021, the year in which both containment measures and COVID-19 vaccines were used to address virus spread and infection, the highest number of excess deaths was reported: 1 256 942 excess deaths (P-score 13.8%). In 2022, when most containment measures were lifted and COVID-19 vaccines were continued, preliminary data present 808 392 excess deaths (P-score 8.8%).
“Despite a large body of evidence from extraordinary efforts by investigators around the world, our committee found that in many cases, if not most, evidence was insufficient to accept or reject causality for a particular potential harm from a specific COVID-19 vaccine,” said committee vice chair Anne Bass, professor of clinical medicine, Weill Cornell Medicine, and a rheumatologist at the Hospital for Special Surgery and New York Presbyterian Hospital. “In other cases, we did find sufficient evidence to favor rejection, favor acceptance, or establish causality. It is important to note, however, that identifying a harm does not mean that it occurs frequently. Harms associated with vaccines are rare.”
