The Georgia Criminal Trial of Candidate Donald Trump is Delayed Until After the Nov 2024 Election.

The inappropriate actions of Georgia District Attorney FANI WILLIS, have caused the big Georgia "2020 Election Interference" trial of former President Donald J. Trump and 18 other alleged law-breakers, to be delayed until after the November 5, 2024 Presidential Election. An election where it is anticipated Donald Trump will beat sitting President Joe Biden.

The Georgia Court of Appeals has set a tentative date of October 4th to hear oral arguments in the effort to have Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis removed from prosecuting the election interference case against former President Donald Trump and others.

The possibility that the disqualification fight could stretch thru October, as well as an ongoing question about how the Supreme Court’s upcoming ruling on presidential immunity could impact the prosecution, makes it extremely unlikely Trump will go on trial for election subversion in Georgia before Election Day.

Attorneys were informed of the tentative date after the case was officially docketed Monday June 3rd with the appeals court.

With only 5 months to go before ELECTION DAY, it's looking like the old-news Stormy Daniels "Hush Money" case, and the "Get Trump!" Real Estate case in New York City, are the only trials former President Trump will have been subjected to, before he is (hopefully) elected U.S. President again.

As Trumps approval rating goes up so does the awareness of how corrupt the media, the judicial system and the current administration is.

9 years of bashing Trump for things they excuse for themselves, and they are even losing dems.

After 9 years, thinkers can see that they had to take this time to try and get rid of the opposition...bc Trump is not who they portray him to be.

Granted, most of the dems who disapprove of all this lawfare against Trump, aren't opposed bc it is unconstitutional and the definition of dictorial politics.

I mean, everyone has already known for a while these other 3 criminal trials were never going to go ahead before the election.

Guess it just means he has to win now. Otherwise he’ll be facing 3 criminal trials, which are all far more serious than the NY hush money trial.

Well, the entire staff in her office has been compromised. There is that issue. Plus, this one too is a sham trial over BS charges. The DOJ dropped the ball on the proof of cheating and now the public is paying big time in lost lives from the border crisis to lost jobs and homes.

The further away you get from liberal courts in the Northeast, the pool of sane judges incteases.

Good pro-Trump action taken by circuit court with the classified documents trial also, yesterday.

our justice system is a joke. I can't believe it takes months for these things to happen.

I remember watching Perry Mason when little. the girl would be arrested Tuesday, charged Wednesday, and trial begins Thursday, Mason would get her out Friday. growing up I figured that's how things worked. silly me...

It's not a sham, it's real, the charges are serious, and steeped in facts, and evidence. Lots and lots of evidence. Our governor, Kemp, won't speak on it, he was most disappointed trump got caught, but he knows trump is busted. The trial is not about Fani and Atlanta courts, it's about trump attempting to overthrow a legitimate election.

So serious that the prosecutors have much stronger charges looming over their heads bourne from the attempt at bringing the indictments.

So serious that one prosecutor has been dismissed already.

they also had their impeachment. But they had to go for a second one when the concocted they "insurrection" scam.

I believe that any documents with the word "insurrection" between Jan 20, 2017 and Jan 6th, 2021 should be FOIA'd, and scoured for links to the plan. Particularly Pelosi's coms, and Schiff's coms. Digging the right hole might prove fruitful.
