How do you get in touch with a mod that sanctioned you?

In response to the now closed thread where I was trying to figure out what I did wrong in my thread 'The Real Reason Boeing Is Being Vilified' that warranted two actions Don'tTreadOnMe told me to message her. I tried; now what?

I sent two messages and after both I got this response:

No such username on ATS.

Go to the closed thread. Navigate to the member you want to message. Click on the silhouette under the avatar. Click on "Send Message"

Capitalize DTOM/DontTreadOnMe no spaces, no apostrophe.
Not sure if being capitalized matters or not🤷‍♂️

I have Received Messages from her with the Header ...............From ............FORUM STAFF . Maybe look into a Contact there ?



Idea , Look for one of her Posts , then go to her WALL and Post your query .........That Might Work .

ATS is a private forum and from what I can deduce, not federally regulated, so only prayer will or not help, it is a toss of the cosmic karma dice.

For future reference, there is a list of moderators on the Forums page. Click on the relevant name, and you are starting to send a message.

This is how I always did it too, it only works with mods though.

To message members click on the downward pointing arrow that opens the second bar that contains account and profile, there's a tab to click called members where you can search names and message them directly. It'll work for mods too.
