Not from what I've seen from Russian vloggers in Russia , Vodka is cheap but many food stuffs are expensive and with inflation continuing to rise that will just get worse.

Inflation Rate in Russia increased to 7.80 percent in April from 7.70 percent in March of 2024. Inflation Rate in Russia is expected to be 6.80 percent by the end of this quarter, according to Trading Economics global macro models and analysts expectations.
