It covers "absolute immunity" for official acts, even if those acts break a law. This opinion concludes that Nixon would not have had to turn over those tapes, that had evidence of malfeasance for Congress to use to impeach, today.

The Jan 6th Committee wouldn't have been able to subpoena White House officials or the Zelinsky phone call, used in Trump's impeachment trials.

Clearly Biden’s actions in persecuting his political enemies has always been immune from legal action; he has been doing it for a few years now with no legal ramification. So what is new today?

These partys should have left their "political" squabbling in the political arena ... it's the only place were their actions can be correctly judged.

I don't know. The House of Representaives sure was hot on proving Biden weaponized the DOJ.

You aren't going to win any persuasion points with me by pointing out the political maneuverings of the Republican party; I dislike them almost as much as I dislike the Democrat party.

But I will say this for them; at least they have been keeping their persecution of their political enemies in the arena of politics were it belongs.

Today, President Joe Biden was so angry at the Supreme Court for giving former President Trump IMMUNITY FROM PROSECUTION for his actions on 1/6/2021, because they were OFFICIAL BUSINESS, Biden was ORANGE with outrage!

He spoke for 4 minutes at 7:45pm, and went right to bed...or back to bed.

Seems odd given that a few weeks ago he made an official statement after the Trump NYC sham, saying that we need to respect court decisions or it undermines democracy.

I am also seeing, predictably, the left saying the supreme court needs to be expanded.
Straightforward way to deal with that is to ask whether they still want it expanded if Trump wins the Presidency... if they answer no, then they just admitted the ONLY reason they want it expanded is to make it partisan in their favour.

Such a comical figure Biden is, cue the Benny Hill Show music. Add how Biden and the left constantly mocked Trump for demanding loyalty, now we are seeing Biden demanding loyalty and so many dems coming out and bending the knee.
