At one point in the timeline of the universe, the molecules in your body were indeed part of or created by stars. The iron in your blood was created billions of years ago by one type of supernova, and the zinc and copper was created by the type of supernovas that make black holes. So yeah man, we are all made of starstuff. We are the product of space fusion reactors. I never really noticed it either until I thought about it more.

I wish I could look up and see the stars more but I live in friggin Washington state where the clouds always block any view of the good celestial stuff, so I have to improvise and stick glow in the dark stars on my ceiling. But even the molecules that make up the water vapor blocking my view came from stars, so theres that.

We, animals, rock, everything is made of Stardust.

Pure love is IT.

IT is everything.

I turned into a sun. Became pure wavey energy. I was everywhere at once and became all knowing. I was at one with the Universe. Only for a few seconds, but man it was ultra beautiful. I am limited by my vocabulary. I cannot put into words what that experience was like. Love, clean, pure, nice, positive, powerful.
All those words dont even touch how it was, but those words are all i can say.

We are indeed stars.

Shining so bright

Give yourself credit

A pat on the back

Maybe you dont know it.

But that smile, that laugh you had with someone the other day?
They loved it.

That tip you gave someone?
They loved it.

Or the kids you are coaching?
They love it too.

We are beings of love and light.

If you know, you know.

Correct.

We exist within a world of duality.

Absolutes cannot be expressed in truth within our universe.

However.... There lies a form of existence beyond duality, beyond light/dark, beyond sound/silence.

There, the source of Love dwells.

From there hails the Light.

In this place, there exists absolute Truth, and it is Good.

It exists beyond the word; beyond expression.

But then again, who am I to make such claims!?

Time will tell and then we'll see won't we?

If everything is one there is no seperation between the experienced and the experience, hence no experience to be had.
the moment you experience anything you know you seperated from the experienced.

You must experience separation, even as an illusion, in order to appreciate the wholeness.

Furthermore, identity is better defined when isolated.
