No, I’m not wrong, It’s a war crime to use them as human shields as the Palestinians have done also illegal to harbor combatants and armory in civilian dwellings, hospitals, schools, etc., which hamas has also done. I posted the articles here a few months ago but really can’t be bothered to waste my time as it will be ignored.

One of the articles stated that it is illegal to target non-combatants unnecessarily, same goes for buildings.

Further down it states that it is illegal to use noncombatants or civilian buildings as shields from the enemy.

There is a caveat that if this happens breaking the first article is permissible.

So this is on Hamas.

But the Hamas proponents know this. They just ignore it in favour of their pearl clutching.

Hopefully the lurkers get something from our posting effort because it’s like talking to a tree with these guys.
