They were caught, but never punished. The Clinton crew, Podesta, Obama's ties to mafia, hired some hit squad.

I remember DNC head DONNA BRAZIL arriving at the hospital shortly after the ambulance brought Mr. Rich in. (About 1:00am?) She was overheard on the phone telling somebody that he wasn't dead.

That is very incriminating, since no one says "he's not dead" when someone they are supposed to care about is shot or in critical condition.
People never say that unless they are involved with mal intent.
We all knew that at the time, I remember it well.

Saying "he's not dead" means they wanted him dead.
