I'm still not sure you understand all this. The judge did not rule that he raped her. Which is what George stated multiple times on camera. Like if all you did is sold a few ounces, but I claimed you were a convicted murderer. That would be wrong and you would have grounds to sue me for defamation. That's what this case is about.

The thing is, with libel and slander you have to show monetary damages.... with one glaring exception. Deviate sexual conduct of a criminal nature is considered so inflammatory that it's prima face or defacto money damages. It's my crude understanding of the subject, pardon the pun, but yeah.

I actually said to my Libtard wife this exact scenario would happen a few weeks ago. It couldn't happen to a nicer fellow.
