Ever have someone's name pop into your head??

Update - In the days since I wrote the OP I've done a good deal of thinking about the name which popped into my head. The gentleman I mentioned in my OP, the one who had the enigmatic breakfast location was NOT actually "Charlie Pruitt" as I had erroneously recalled; his name was Charlie Anderson, not Pruitt, I remembered later. Charlie Pruitt was a different figure in my history, and after some digging through my memory I was able to place him also.

I am still at a loss for why that name popped into my head.

Time to move on.
