whereas being white means you don't get jobs and you are automatically scorned as 'racist' or 'privileged'. DEI is racist. Trump wants to be rid of it.

what a complete load of tosh, is that your thoughts or Trumps?

I am white have a job, the majority of my friends are white (around80%) all have jobs, no one has ever automatically called me racist

I swear people just make stuff up and apply it to themselves to feel victimised, snowflake generation for sure

I am happy you haven't faced anything like that. In my industry, I face it all the time.

Last week, I did a gig. I worked with the new hire, DEI boxes checked. She was put in charge. As we were getting things together, I asked her what the plan was for the day...I was told all i needed to do, was what she told me to do.

Mind you, I had 15 years experience when she was born.

So we went to work. A job that would've taken me 2 hours alone, took 6 hours with her. Many times, I suggested a different/more effective way to do things, to be told she knew what she was doing, she has a college degree. At 4 hours in, I asked for a 15 minute break. She replied, just because I was union, union rules don't apply when working with her.

I called the owner of the company i was working for....i was contracted out for this one. I called in front of this girl. As the phone was ringing, she told me to get off my phone or I was fired.

The boss answered, I told her word for word what was said. I finished with "Please make an official note on this, I am calling the state labor dept. to make a complaint about not getting my lawful break." The girl turned and told me to "take your 15 and don't be a second late"

I smoked and walked back to the office with 5 minutes to spare. I was just outside the door and heard her on the phone: This effing white dude was going to call the labor department on me....

I started whistling and walked in pretending I heard nothing. She told me to go finish by myself. I went in and redid everything to make it right. As much as it sucked, it was almost 3 figures an hour, so whatever.

On my way out, she called me a racist pos who fought her all day, and as long as she is there, I am not welcome back.

I got a call from the Venue PM last night, they need me tomorrow and I will be reporting to her tomorrow. I told him what happened. He told me that in her 2 months there, she has filed 7 complaints for racial discrimination. They will be watching everything tomorrow.

We will see how it goes.

Trump's surrogates have been pushing replacement theory for a while now. I don't think it's a surprise to anyone that he's now being vocal about it.

Prejudice against caucasian characteristic =/= replacement theory, but it's just too easy to gaslight our non ethnic (European descended) population by conflating those concepts. Also known as false equivalency.

I think culture is part of a person's DNA. Not race -- but actual cultural behaviors and beliefs.

Is your DNA ancestry from a more controlled -- rule following society?

Or is your DNA ancestry from a more open -- tribal -- outgoing - type society?

I'm seeing kind of like trying to force a square peg into a round hole.

A clash of cultures.

Then you are very lucky.
Plenty of stories in the news that say otherwise.
The DEI/Woke indoctrination starting in Kindergarten.
Telling little white kids they are inherently racist.
They don't even know what that means.

I'm betting you live in a predominately white environment. I live on the Nez Perce Reservation where white folk sre looked down upon; we're called 'seriapo', which is the equalivant of the 'N' word.

A person would have to be wilfully ignorant not to see the push for white racism these days. All ethnicities but caucasion are given preferential treatment because 'DEI'.

Who didn't already know there is a push against white people.. especially men?

I run an employment agency and have been told several times to not send straight white men. Of course that's only been stated verbally... We can't have any official documents saying that.

And if they said "Only send straight white males" the lawsuits would be flying, paper trail or not.

I have multiple contracts stating that I must provide a diverse list of applicants.. but it doesn't say exactly what that means.

Growing up there was no White or Black.

There was Irish. Italian. Polish. Swedish. African. Japanese...etc...etc.....You were a race not a color. You were allowed to have pride in your race. You got called out for your race and the prejudice that comes with that race. Red Hair. Big Nose. Maybe called out for your religion.

If you are over 30, white and straight you are the most hated, racist, misogynistic xenophobe in the US. It only took them Obamas term to put it all in play.

Good for Trump. At least he is f'n honest.

Interesting theories.
I’m not convinced that culture is controlled by DNA but I could believe that DNA affects our susceptibility to many things.
Like a family could be effected by a type of cancer well above the average so it’s not a big stretch to think people could be more easily persuaded towards certain cultural traits.

I think we pretty much absorb everything into our body/cells over a length of time.

Like an adopted person is born who they are -- with what's in their DNA (behavior/culture) and may always feel out of touch with adoptive persons (even good ones).

I honestly believe we are dealing with culture more than just race.

I'm white German (Pennsylvania Deutsch). Even though I was raised away from that culture on the SoCA beaches -- I very much represent that stoic, hardworking, integrity, etc in my thinking.

So, I honestly believe those who are forced into a different culture -- may never accept it.

Anti white sentiment is racist. Racism is wrong. Discrimination is a crime. All of this is pretty simple stuff.

That's not true. My crew is composed of both sexes, white, black, Hispanic, Asian, native Americans, and I'm the Gringo. I treat them with dignity and respect and they respond in kind. We're all brothers....Union Proud, Union Strong.

Read how discriminated against you are often enough and confirmation bias kicks in and you believe it....cultism 101

Well, how about we look at it this way?

Pro-those who have been discriminated against because they are not white.

Pro -- instead of Anti.

And I am about as white as you can get.

Totally the same thing as discrimination against women.

That's what we call anecdotal evidence. Just because you haven't experienced it doesn't mean it isn't happening and doesn't exist.

I'm reasonably confident he wasn't talking about you, but the overall atmosphere of our society. You can think whatever you want, anti white sentiment is deplorable just like every other kind of racism. We have all seen the videos and how dumb people are becoming, talking like there's an impetus to turn tables and give back all that hostility and malice to evil white neighbors who have done no wrong but are inherently diseased because of their pigment. That's just the people brave enough to say it on camera.

If you are part of a crew you must be blue collar. You are right, it can be different there but you also know it can have it's cliques. This is not about a cult. It goes back almost 30 years.

Applied for the Postal Service a looooong time ago. You take a test. Then you interview. Go to the interview and waiting are me at 20, a 30 year old black guy and same age Mexican. There were 3 black women, an Asian and a Hispanic woman also.

As we are talking, the black dude says 'damn I was in the military so it got the extra points. Either of you?"

Before I could say anything the Mexican guy said C'mon man, we got minority women we are not getting hired.....and we didn't.

IT is not fallacy. That was AA, Affirmative Action. Now we have DEI. It sucks. Twice a year I have to take a course. The course literally tells me as a white male I am the cause of all the problems there are.

So no, this is not a cult. It is a fact. This was happening long before Mr Trump came along who is the point of the OP.

Oh thank God someone told me about this.

Being white and not experiencing ONE SINGLE MOMENT OF SOMEONE HATING ME BECAUSE I'M WHITE must have eluded me.

Thank You Mister Trump. Had you not pointed this out, and not having experienced any racism or hate myself, I really am pleased to believe you are correct and will act accordingly. LOL!

Ironic. You grew up watching, or marching with, women fighting to obtain the same opportunities and rewards that men enjoy. Now they have those opportunities, but many women now regret those decisions and miss the old ways, staying at home and raising a family while the men earn wages and paying bills. Not all but many. Building a career is a very lonely and expensive pursuit that might yield success but at what cost. And on top of it, now you have men in wigs and lipstick taking jobs from deserving women because DEI, the same DEI that restricts opportunities because applicants are just too darn white. Got enough of em. Now you have to fight another battle to protect women from she males, and we have a fight to protect opportunities that should be awarded to qualified aplicants and not barely competent ethnic candidates who merely check a box that has zero relevance to the job position.
