That's an awful big bullet. I have no clue what it is. I have old military bullets from around the time of the two world wars I inherited from my uncle and stepfather, but none of them are that size. I have a real big bullet, from a tank or airplane from WW11...somewhere, but I don't even know where that is. Somewhere packed away.

I'm not 100% sure this is it, but, it could very well be a 1 inch Gatling gun round. The bullet sure looks similar.

A very interesting video, very informative; and I think it would have been used in Wyoming...

Very interesting Im close to Cody so i think im gonna take it by the buffalo bill cody museum and see if anyone has any insight, Ill keep yall posted!

first thought i had was some kind of fixed weapon due to the diameter and length if it's just the projectile.

that or a slug of some kind for a punt gun.

If it's not an ice pick from a luxury cruise ship with chimneys then it's a cannon round from a big ass warship found in the ocean
They probably didn't find the warship
So that's good
