From the dawn of man we waited long then Magic happened in a recording studio and Stargazer was born , an 8 minute tale of a flying Wizard who couldn't actually fly , crafted by Gods of Rock.

rainbow was an awesome landing area for members of Deep Purple and Black Sabath. When they got fed up with their surroundings, they met up and made some awesome music.

Dio was in Rainbow before his Black Sabbath days. It's sad that he left them, but we wouldn't have the awesome stuff he did with Sabbath or his own band, if he hadn't. He's my favorite metal vocalist. He had the perfect voice for the music he performed.
