According to OP, these are Muslim AMERICANS, ...

They are Americans so they get free speech.

HOWEVER ... It is against the law to advocate for the overthrowing of the US Government, which is what they are calling on people to do.

18 U.S. Code § 2385 - Advocating overthrow of Government

Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or

Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or

Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.

Even more evidence that we live in a great country and have equal protection of the 1st amendment. Don't agree with the settlement, but proud of the ability to express it.👍

Yes, freedom of speech is one of the great things about living in the U.S., but I hope you see the insanity of what those Muslims are saying. They're disparaging and criticizing the country which has allowed them this right.

These people are batsh!t crazy. They are evil psychopaths. Totally deranged.

I can think of a few people that help run this country current and past that have said things on par and at times worse than what was said during that protest.
Get off your high horse and start to support what the constitution grants.

This is the same issue as flag burning.

According to OP, these are Muslim AMERICANS, and you got people in this thread calling for deportation when they are exercising their freedom of speech and freedom of assembly... Y'know... fascist talk.

It's a protest. Not Octover 7th.

If you support the 1st Amendment try dabbling in a little enlightenment by reading some Voltaire.

"I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."

You defend the right to yell fire where there is none in a crowd?

You defend the right to incite genocide, incite murder?

You defend the right to incite overthrow of the government?

You defend the right to incite the murder of US politicians?

Well OK.

Read these please: www.law.cornell.edu...

www.law.cornell.edu...

www.law.cornell.edu...

Flag burning is not calling for the death of all Americans and its politicians

Incitement of war against the US is a right?

Well, ok, I don't agree, neither does the law as written, but if you say so.

Should people who don't want Trump for President march in the streets and scream "Death to Trump" "Kill Trump" "Death to Trump voters" "Kill Trump voters" . Well I suppose there are people who think incitement to kill people is a right in the US and part of free speech. Just like yelling fire in a crowded theater or arena when there is no fire. Or yelling bomb, get out, when their is no bomb.

I just happen to think this kind of incitement is not a constitutional right at all. Flag burning is a constitutional right,it is symbolic of frustration. Incitement of genocide and war against your own nation and incitement of the killing of your fellow citizens in mass genocide is not. If you think it is, the morality of the nation is in far worse shape than I thought possible.

Sorry, I don't know what came over me. I guess those Muslims are really sane, rational people.
I forgot that it's the "religion of peace"

Evelyn Hall said that passage, in her book Friends of Voltaire. And you're correct. If the first amendment means anything at all, it protects people who say unpopular ideas in front of people who are opposed or even hostile to your sentiments. It is most pertinent to such objectors who want to safely raise their voice to the heavens, even if they are factually or morally wrong. That is quintessential liberty.

If they organize a militia with the explicit intent of inflicting harm on citizens, that's conspiracy and a crime. Is that what they are doing?

Deport them all.
It’s the most humane thing to do.

Well, most of America thinks the gov is rotten and would have to agree with that part at least. I say deport the gov in shackles to GITMO and then see if we can figure out if they hate us or those guys.

There were women in that crowd being all anti-America. If those same women were in certain Muslim countries, they wouldn't be allowed out of their homes without a male family member escorting them. And in some Muslim countries they would be forbidden to learn how to read. And in some Muslim countries they could be regulated to the subservient role of 2nd, 3rd, or even 4th "wife" .. which is really just slavery. And in many Muslim countries they wouldn't be allowed to have a job at all. Yet they whine and say America should be destroyed. IDIOTS.

If we were to say we can't make this up, it would be the case.

And which mentality would that be?

Hamas Defector Yousef, the son of Hamas co-founder Sheikh Hassan Yousef, Tells Pro Palestinian Activists They Belong in a Mental Asylum

"It's very disappointing to see Americans supporting Hamas and thinking that Hamas is a cool thing, while Hamas does not respect any of those followers, while those followers don't know that Hamas would torture them and massacre them with no mercy. They call them useful idiots. They don't know that Hamas is a dark black hole," Yousef said on an April 2 episode of "Dr. Phil Primetime."

"[Pro-Palestinians are] absolutely idiots because they don't know what they are supporting. They are supporting a monster that has been hijacking an entire society and endangering the entire Middle East, pushing the world towards a global war. … What's happening is insanity. Those pro-Palestine people need to go to a mental asylum."

"In fact, since Oct. 7, I personally don't differentiate between Hamas and the so-called Palestinians because, actually, there is no Palestinians, there are tribes. There is a tribe of Hamas, and there is the tribe of the Islamic Jihad … and each one has different interests, and all of them are conflicted," he said. "If they did not have Israel as the common enemy, they would kill each other. This is the reality."

Do you want us to pretend it's a different mindset when Israelis chant "DEATH TO ARABS", yes or no?

You do understand that this thread is about Americans in Michigan and them calling for the death of America and Israel ... and we aren't talking about your 'whataboutism' of a small group of people in Israel holding an anti-arab gathering. You get that .. don't you? No? Reread the opening post and stop deflecting.

All freedoms of any group end at the tip end of someone else's nose not their own. Religions that teach genocide are not worthy. Genocide of evil is a fine line that requires well thought out laws and rules for executing criminal behavior. You can be a satanist if you don't rape and murder people. Innocent folks being hurt is the line to draw in the sand.

Religious brainwashing has taught them that it's an honor to be treated worse than a dog, and there's no greater honor in the eyes of their god than to die killing anyone who doesn't believe in their version of God.

Sounds like 'Religious Freedom' in the case of Muslim extreemists is going to have some very serious consequences one day.

Perhaps all the hype like no other over today's eclipse is actually because of serious credible threats of domestic terrorism. Declaring a state of emergency in Indiana, activation of NG, FEMA, HAZMAT suggests something more than a few minutes of darkness is afoot.

You don't think further inquiry on said mindset would be justified if the hate chants sound pretty much identical? And how would this deflect from your topic, and not add to it?

Changing people and laws within a government is one thing.
Calling for the destruction of the entire country is another.
These people called for the destruction of America.
That's against the law.
