Sounds like an interesting topic.

You might want to do a brief write up though for people who can’t watch the video so they can chime in.

It’s talking about a system where money is no longer is needed. It’s spoken about how it will help reduce crime and people who claim benefits coming into country can only use it within the parameters of how it’s set up.
All transactions will be recorded and if it detects any wrong doing then it will start an investigation etc.

That's what they say. The reality is it will be used to track/control 100% of the people 100% of the time. A dystopian digital prison, for it will be a prison as this digital currency will be tied to your 'social credit' score. Did you watch a movie you shouldn't have ? Now you don't get to eat, too bad

It sounds ridiculous, but I will bet you everything, that's exactly how it will go.

Edit: I'm working on a project (almost done , was major) and everytime I think about the WEF and how they'll destroy our lives I lose all motivation to continue.
Great going by them

Yep that’s exactly what’s coming and really worried about it to be honest.

Only about 8% of the worlds money is actually printed cash and coins. What difference would this make to not having physical money when 92% is already just tracked numbers? Using cash for anonymous transactions sailed away long ago.

It's going to be tied to your 'social credit score' for sure. And it's nice to have cash options. I always carry $100 in my wallet in case cards don't work for whatever reason.
Sometimes I just want to pay cash as it seems safer ( the very rare times I get drive thru something, I pay cash).

When cash is no longer in use 80,000 new IRS agents will be monitoring your purchases versus your income. No more moonlighting under the table for you! No more birthday gifts for your kids going undeclared.

I know of quite a few people using government assistance for various programs, from reduced health insurance to child care to reduced rent to food stamps/EBT cards that make ends meet by babysitting, house cleaning, lawn mowing, etc. that will be taken down by the IRS when we go to CBDC.

Yes, they want 100% control of money, transportation, and the food supply. But don't worry. It's for our "safety".

They want everyone's secret stash. Rainy day money. If only they put the same effort into offshore accounts, tax avoidance and evasion, and tax havens the UK might not be in the deep # it's in now.

Na, That would open these politicians and Lords to closer scrutiny and no doubt a rico investigation into how they can work a £100k job for a few years yet end up with £10 million in the bank or elsewhere.

Has Mone and her hubby paid back the tens of millions they stole during covid for useless PPE? Where is it?. How could the likes of Liz Truss afford a $12 million property in the US? The list goes on with these thieving political charlatans.

Instead they prefer to go after Joe Bloggs and his pensioner parents with a little £20k nest egg tucked away for the kids and grandkids to benefit from after death.

Cash is still an option at moment and this is harder to monitor. When that goes so will lots of types of crime and with social points then they can keep all your money and no more cash in hand jobs etc etc

It may work in the U K

But for now it will not work in the US

So many businesses are now charging a 3 or more % fee if one uses a credit card.

Since then me and many of my friends have started carrying more cash and pay cash at those businesses.

Even at the car repair, we are getting the total by phone and then going to the bank so we can pay cash. They charge 3.9% fee for using a credit card.

It seems that is spreading. My favorite boutique is doing it too, so I always take cash there. Except there they say if you pay cash there is a 3.9% discount applied to the price.

The restaurants that are starting to do this, I pay cash. Good part is no tip "suggestions".

I now carry more cash than ever.

I hope TPTB don't think it will be easy to do this to the US, because more and more people are using cash in my circles at least.

Especially for big purchases! That convince fee adds up.

Right now there is an incentive to pay with cash.

Not me, I never use cash.
I’m an idiot like that lol.
I’ve had 2 twenty dollar bills I found on the ground months ago sitting in my wallet.
Doesn’t even occur to me to pay cash lol

You'll need to store wealth in another way besides money or digital bank notes, and I'm not thinking about PMs, they will confiscate that when they make the change over to digital currency.

I've often warned about the drive towards a cashless society.
How close are we?
Its getting closer......but I don't think we are quite there yet.

Thankfully for me; cash is king......I haven't even had a bank account for quite a few years now.

One thing I see is it will for sure eliminate selling items on a personal level. I guess we'll all have to barter and trade. No more garage sales or selling your car to your brother etc.

This will really hurt rural areas and poorer communities if there's no cash. But look at the bright side, it'll play hell with fentanyl and other illegal drug sales.

I'm curious how rich crooked politicians and cartels will get around this.

I and people in my small community still use a lot of cash, often. Outside of my community, I rarely use cash.

ETA: I worked at a casino. A huge portions of the employees were mostly Native Americans, cashed their payroll checks at the cages because they didn't have checking accounts.
