A New York appeals court on Monday agreed to hold off collection of former President Donald Trump’s $454 million civil fraud judgment — if he puts up $175 million within 10 days. If he does, it will stop the clock on collection and prevent the state from seizing his assets while he appeals. The development came just before New York Attorney General Letitia James was expected to initiate efforts to collect the judgment.

This is a kick in the balls because they wanted his properties. Bad. I mean, they are already trying another case to say he lied about his net worth in court. They will stop at nothing but it is good to see a court, again, knock Letita down a peg.
If this is happening it is because they know #1, the amount was outrageous and #2 they want this it move forward and get it over with.
