Former President Donald Trump has filed a defamation lawsuit against ABC News and George Stephanopoulos, claiming his reputation was tarnished by the anchor saying multiple times on-air that Trump had been found liable for raping writer E. Jean Carroll.

Trump filed the lawsuit in federal court in Miami on Monday over a viral interview between US Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) and Stephanopoulos on “This Week” on March 10, according to The Hill.

The suit takes aim at Stephanopoulos’ questioning for saying Trump had been found “liable for rape” when a jury in a Manhattan civil case last year only found Trump liable for sexual abuse under New York law.

I live in MTG 14th district, they are openly talking smack, about her and him, we aren't seeing the red hats so much. Yeah he held a little rally here, the forum is small, downtown was not covered up w supporters, there was no hoopla for him here.

The interesting part is the left thinks it is a joke that Trump doesn't have 465 million dollars in cash sitting around. As said by people in the business...there is no such thing as a 465 million dollar bond, that doesn't exist, so we now know why the number was so big.

So, if Trump can't pay then he can't legally press forward in the total farce, and they take his buildings based on what they say they are worth...

Sounds like the Joe Biden atmosphere across most of America, LOL. Even our deep-blue Chicago MSM is now trying their best to avoid mentioning his name. Trump is getting all the attention. Ironically, whether the news item is good or bad, it helps him.

States reappropriating millions of tax dollars to give pre-paid credit cards to illegals while telling citizens to get stuffed and stop being an ist.
