I think your information is very skewed. I believe the ones that answer surveys are the same people that are more suseptible to propaganda. The ones that like to talk about their fears to strangers asking about them are the same ones that listen to what their government wants them to hear. Independent thought can be a challenge to them.

when i heard they had struck that first deal and would be helping russia with resources for oil, i knew it would only be a matter of time before they started the squeeze. i also expect bigger actions from china in the relationship against russia for better leverage.

Maybe not a dictator but most certainly murderous psychopaths. I can't even count the number of conflicts and wars the US has instigated since the end of WW2. For that matter, even before. We have been on a conquering and killing rampage from our inception and it hasn't stopped.
