Hur is an accomplished investigator and prosecutor; it is his job to make determinations and recommendations as to whether an indictment should be brought against a person he is investigating and why.

But that doesn't excuse her in the least. I remember when Biden was throwing his hat in the ring and watching HER. She is the one who wanted him to be POTUS. I even stated so somewhere on this site. It was obvious he didn't have it even then. The Covid helped him immensely. Everything was too perfect for him to become POTUS. But without her to push and support him, it wouldn't have happened because he didn't have the drive on his own.

Here's an interview with Jill and Joe and Chris Cuomo in 2019. You can see in Joe's face he is having a bit of dementia issues, but she sure as heck isn't. He wasn't really competent back then if you watched his basement shows.

As an intelligent person, you are able to discern if the person you are talking to is starting to lose a step mentally, or if he/she is totally shot.

There is nothing wrong with Biden getting old and getting forgetful and mentally challenged. There is definitely a problem for him being president of the USA with that state of mind though. The job of president of the United states is not at all like the figurehead job of the queen or king of England....The government systems are different.

I do not know what reality the Democrats are living in, they sure do not live in any reality I know that really exists. Biden should not be running for president of the United States of America, he should spend the rest of his life taking it easy and just socializing. I even question why Trump would want to run again, he must be a masochist with all the BS thrown at him from the left. But Trump is at least holding it together for a while, but he must have a lot of anger bottled up for the unfair treatment he has gotten.

If not prison then the very least being forced to step down as President of the United States and put into a place where he can get proper care and live out the rest of his life.

But I say prison.

Having worked with dementia patients at a live in facility, I can safely say that those people have no real clue where they are. Not enough of one anyway. Not trying to make light of dementia. What I am saying is, Joe can go behind bars and still believe he's about to take another shower with his daughter. Never realizing he is locked up.
