How will the votes turn out?

I read today on sky news live stream UK this statement regarding the polling stations in Russia.

A little earlier we brought you news that people had reportedly been pouring paint into ballot boxes in Russia (see 12.05 post), and fresh reports are now emerging of separate apparent acts of protest over an election that Vladimir Putin is considered certain to win.
The latest reported incident involved a woman seemingly setting fire to a voting booth in Moscow. It occurred at one of the polling sites in the South-East Administrative District of the Russian capital according to Baza, a Telegram channel believed to be linked to the Russian security services.
Video appears to show her tipping a flammable fluid over the booth before setting it alight and then taking out her phone to film the blaze.
There are also reports that a Molotov cocktail has been thrown at a polling station in St Petersburg, local news site Fontanka reports

I think Putin will claim low turn out but a vote in the 90% range to appear to show it was a fair election.

Who's going to stop The West European Govermental Intelligence agency's from doing what was done last time???
It's known that some Intel. agency in Europe had direct access to the voting machines in America. During the Presidential Election 3 time there was a hudge spike in Bidens vote count. Giving them the Presidentcy. The switching of the votes happened in Europe.
And the individuals involed 4 in total in the switch. All found dead in a apartment.
