The judge canceled six charges against Donald Trump on Wednesday and removed the prosecutor today. A good week imo.

How could just Wade be judged to be lying...when Willis and Wade shared the same story?
Wade gets thrown under the bus...and his practice and reputation has been effectively destroyed.

He ruled as a Democrat rather than as a judge.

He ruled as a [D] ...with an upcoming election in a [D] county.
The Judge sold out for his own personal gain.

Nah. The Left will hold him up as a Hero who sacrificed himself on the altar of Get Trump.

The entire left will be degraded to whiney illhan Omar/AOC status in 12 months or less. Minimal influence. It is safe to begin ignoring them now, in fact.

The LAST thing this up-for-reelection judge wanted now...was to be 'The Guy' who killed the case to 'Get Trump'.

Not surprising.
Most of us knew the judge would give this kind of limp wristed ruling.
Fulton county is a cesspool.
He scolds Fani then lets her off the hook.
This ridiculous case being brought is about the process not the result.
The process is the punishment.
RICO 🤡

Pretty sure that's what you were saying before 2020.

Your underestimated and continue to underestimate how pervasive their corruption is.

Not a lot has changed since 2020. There's no pandemic, that's it. Everything that allowed them to win in 2020, whether you think it was legit or not, is still in place to allow them to do it again.

One good point is that Jury selection in Fulton Country has been dramatically complicated. How do you find a jury that hasn't seen any of this on tv?

It might be complicated if people had integrity. It's a Democrat area. All they gotta do is find jurors that will lie because they're on board with the Get Trump agenda.

Of course he's letting her stay.

He donated to her campaign so she could bring this BS case.

Everyone here has an agenda. Not everyone seeks truth. Controlled opposition is very real. Artificial intelligence is very real.
No one who lived thru the last 8 years thinks turning the other cheek and taking the high road is the way to win this country back.

No balls. This was the easiest way for him to move forward. The bad part is that someone like Fani will take it as a win and be more emboldened. To say there was not

It is just another "tremendous lapse in judgement" like Biden having documents in 9 unsecured locations.

In his 23-page ruling on Friday, Mr McAfee presented Ms Willis with two options: to step down, along with her team, and have the Prosecuting Attorney's Council take the case over, or have Mr Wade step down and allow "the public to move forward without his presence or remuneration distracting from and potentially compromising the merits of this case".

Mr McAfee added: "[A]n odor of mendacity remains"

I would not be surprised if she pushes back on removing Wade and she should honestly just step down. A lot came out during this hearing and she should now be charged with violations of how she used monies. That is not what the trail was about but it all came out.

The attorneys for the defendants also get to interview potential jurors.
At the very least, jury selection will take much longer...adding to delays.

They had to keep it Fulton county.
It’s like the DC of Georgia LoL
Trump will never get a fair jury there and everyone knows it.

Wouldn't defense attorneys now have a better case for arguing the case be moved outside of Fulton?

If Fani lied under oath that's perjury and she would loss her ability prosecute the case right?

Do you agree?

On the plus side...it may take some time for Willis to find another prosecutor she hasn't paid for sex.

So what this Judge is saying is that Lawyers may commit perjury and there are no repercussions. A Lawyer can lie under oath and keep their job. Good job Judge Doofus, that's how you show the American People that there truly is a two tiered justice system in The United States.
I am afraid that if this keeps up The American people will just turn their backs of the Judicial system and start handling their disputes outside the law.
Well Judge Doofus you did your best to save your own job but in doing so doomed the U.S. Judicial system. let us give a hearty Well done to the Dishonorable Judge MCafee the Doofus!

It’s really telling that the judge in his decision went to great lengths to explain away how wades job was actually a low paying gig and those trips weren’t a lot of money.
He doesn’t once address the fact that the job itself was the grift.
The free trips and buffets she received was just a bonus from the grift.
