A sleazy jackass and a creepy potato are the choices.

One that makes the moves like a "my way or the highway" CEO shaking things up. The RNC Old Guard are like Twitter's Woke Board of Directors deposed after the hostile takeover.

I get the man is a Penn business grad, so the spirit of Carnegie lives within him, but he's getting too Fascist Version of Atlas Shrugged with this sh*t.

I'm all for objectivism, and even special interest (lobbying) in capitalism. And the main reason I was republican to begin with is for laissez-faire capitalism in all its deregulated glory. Small government. Survival of the fittest wallet.

But my ass down in that bottom right purple quadrant of the political compass (+5.8, -2.0) is getting pretty f*cking despondent. I know all recent presidents, even the Democrat ones, are above me in the blue one, but Trump is going too far up for my liking.

Trump even has his own section now. "Trumpism". Sandwiched between Elective Monarchism and Christian Theocracy.

[Myself in blue and where I imagine most Trump supporters would begin to land. Not that far off really]

Never envisioned the small government that revolves around a single obedience demanding jackass of a boss. That fires people that dont serve his will. That honestly carries himself like he is exalted high above the laws of the land. With only Biden (charisma be damned) opposing him.

Stuck with the worst choices ever.

I vote against Trump and for the teams working with this current presidency.

And what are these “teams” doing to make this country better for legal citizens?

You mean "what are they doing to return things back to the way they were in the 50s".

Put everyone back in their closets. Return Christian prayer to school. Return brutality to law enforcement.

Let migrant workers live in horrible conditions while needed -- then bus them back across the border.

Less government control my arse.

Naturally, we are all entitled to our opinion. But since the RIGHT is at war against the LEFT, the Right's goal (our goal) in this war, is to make the Left as powerless and insignificant in this country as possible.

Not sure what that is supposed to mean, who is doing those things?

I asked you what Biden and his teams of fools are doing to make this country better for legal citizens.

C'mon. This thread isn't about all the great things the Biden Administration has done to make things better than they were 4 years ago, when we in the midst of COVID.

This thread is about Trump, specifically, about his takeover of the RNC. But, I won't mind if you want to talk about this quote:

"A PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES MUST HAVE FULL IMMUNITY, WITHOUT WHICH IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR HIM/HER TO PROPERLY FUNCTION. ANY MISTAKE, EVEN IF WELL INTENDED, WOULD BE MET WITH ALMOST CERTAIN INDICTMENT BY THE OPPOSING PARTY AT TERM END. EVEN EVENTS THAT 'CROSS THE LINE' MUST FALL UNDER TOTAL IMMUNITY, OR IT WILL BE YEARS OF TRAUMA TRYING TO DETERMINE GOOD FROM BAD. THERE MUST BE CERTAINTY."

"EXAMPLE: YOU CAN’T STOP POLICE FROM DOING THE JOB OF STRONG & EFFECTIVE CRIME PREVENTION BECAUSE YOU WANT TO GUARD AGAINST THE OCCASIONAL 'ROGUE COP' OR 'BAD APPLE.' SOMETIMES YOU JUST HAVE TO LIVE WITH 'GREAT BUT SLIGHTLY IMPERFECT.' ALL PRESIDENTS MUST HAVE COMPLETE & TOTAL PRESIDENTIAL IMMUNITY, OR THE AUTHORITY & DECISIVENESS OF A PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES WILL BE STRIPPED & GONE FOREVER."

Trump demands immunity for 'events that cross the line' hours after 'bloodbath' comments

Why does anyone care about who leads a political party they don't belong too?

Name 3 things.

Trump’s “bloodbath” comment was taken out of context by the Liberals, as usual.
He was talking about an economic bloodbath in the auto industry.

As far as complete immunity, I don’t agree with him on that at all.
But any president should have some immunity.

But because the Left doesn’t like Trump, they need to manufacture charges to try to keep him from winning the election.
Anyone can see these are made up BS.

Another excuse for Trump.

Not me. As I've expressed -- I care about the teams behind the figure head.

But with Trump -- you only get Trump and his Yes Men -- if they're not in prison.

So you don’t care to investigate and listen to his entire quote or you’ll just take the lying media’s word for it?
Big surprise.

Not really.

I've been here a long time. Most stuff that's thrown around has no validity and slowly disappears into oblivion.

I'd need to investigate/research what's behind it -- you know "get to the root".

Since I don't seem to agree with you (or Trump) on anything -- I'm probably not going to interpret it as you see it.

Great! We agree!

It's never been an issue before. No president has been made to stand trial to account for their actions while in office before. Trump violated his oath, and there can't be any immunity for that.

But because the Left doesn’t like Trump, they need to manufacture charges to try to keep him from winning the election.
Anyone can see these are made up BS.

Blah, blah, blah...

As I see it? I didn’t make it up.
It’s right there on video, there is no denying or mistaking what he is talking about.

The dishonest media only focuses on the word “bloodbath”.
We don’t need to agree on anything but the facts are in the video, if you want to deny facts once again, feel free.

Don't have time right now -- honestly. Gotta take kid for his Shamrock Shake.

I'll try when I get back.

But - perspectives are different.
