If he did not work to a vaccine you, and others, would have called him a murderer. So, he created a committee headed by....Mike Pence. The leadership of the COVID response was Mike Pence not Donald Trump. There were multiple times we know things were done with POTUS approval because it was not needed.

This is called delegation. It happens in business. This committee worked on Operation Warp Speed. They delivered a vax. On Bidens 1st day of office they disbanded them and created their own. They called it White House COVID-19 Response Team. Who was in charge? Joe Biden. The crazy part? The task force disbanded in May 2023 when the COVID-19 pandemic officially ended in the United States.In July 2023, the Biden Administration created the Office of the Pandemic Preparedness and Response Policy to help prepare the United States for the next pandemic.

However, never once did Trump say you HAD to vax up. That was BIden and his team. So many lost jobs that they can now say they have created. Pretty convenient huh?

The only thing the pharmaceutical companies needed and got from Trump was money and a contract with a liability disclaimer. They didn't need his advice or the photo-op of him pretending to be brainstorming with scientists on a vaccine, lol.

What he didn't need to do was monetize and politicize masks and protective wear for health care workers, refuse to sign-off on any official federal guidance and waffle around with the political wind, and botch the actual packaging and distribution of the vaccine because he wanted to control the revenue stream.

I could go on, and on....

But this thread is about how Trump is going to run the RNC, and whether or not he's going to botch the election the way he botched the federal response to COVID.
