This has Democrats on House Committees ANGRY tonight! (Which is a GOOD thing.)
MORE at: www.the-independent.com...
Robert Hur, the former Trump-appointed US Attorney who declined to prosecute President Joe Biden after classified materials were found in his Delaware home and a former office in Washington, DC, will appear before the House Judiciary Committee as a private citizen who has surrounded himself with Republican partisans and notorious figures linked to former president Donald Trump as he prepares for his Tuesday appearance before the House Judiciary Committee.
According to multiple sources familiar with Mr Hur’s plans, the special counsel, who is appearing before the Judiciary Committee at the request of the Republican majority led by Ohio Representative Jim Jordan, has arranged his departure from the Department of Justice to be official as of Monday 11 March, one day before he is scheduled to appear on Capitol Hill.
Instead of appearing as a DOJ employee who is bound by the ethical guidelines which govern the behaviour of federal prosecutors, he will appear as a private citizen with no constraints on his testimony.
A Judiciary Committee source said Mr Hur’s departure from government service the day before he testifies is a major red flag for Democrats on the panel.
This should be a very interesting testimony. I wasn’t aware he was leaving the day before his scheduled testimony. Could be a dud or bombshells, I guess we find out tomorrow.👍

This coming Tuesday, key members of the U.S. House Judiciary and Oversight Committee will ask questions of the Special Counsel who was assigned by the Attorney General to Investigate President Joseph R. Biden, after troves of classified documents were found in Biden's garage, home office, and in an office at Penn State University...(Joe was a Professor there).

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The House Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. ET.
The hearing on the Report of Special Counsel Robert K. Hur will examine Special Counsel Hur's findings in his investigation of the possible unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or other records discovered in President Biden's personal possession.
Special Counsel Hur concluded that although President Biden "willfully retained and disclosed classified materials as a private citizen," criminal charges were not warranted because, among other things, President Biden is an "elderly man with a poor memory."
Very troubling is how the Department of Justice REFUSED to grant Congress access to files associated with Robert Hur's 12-month investigation, included transcripts (written/audio/video) of Hur's October 2023 interview of President Biden.
DOJ Denies Congress Access: nypost.com...'
If YOU had a chance to ask Special Counsel Hur a question or two, what would they be?
I'd like to know how he came to the conclusion that Joe Biden shouldn't be held accountable for stealing National Security documents, and how did he determine that no U.S. secrets were stolen, considering how Top Secret documents were found in 3 totally non-secure locations.
HERE IS A LIVE STREAM for Tuesday:

The authorities that would have "prosecuted" didn't know he was willfully and illegally stealing and retaining classified material. Just 'cuz he's President now doesn't give him immunity from prior illegal acts. 🤣 (Or those "authorities" have been willfully hiding the activities)

Yes. Seven. I am thinking the only reason he is not charged is that it would all be evidence and who knows what he has.

There has to be a willingness to prosecute for the law to apply.
Face it. The law is to hold the people in check and not the mind governors.

I think some of these so called prosecutors giving Biden a free pass on not just multiple felonies, but multiple categories of crimes altogether, should themselves be charged with Aiding and Abetting the crimes Biden is clearly guilty of.
