Sure...and I will believe her as soon as she produces the receipts...something so far she hasn't been able to or doesn't want to do.

Re: Fani's "Fat Stacks" of cash in her house:

chapter 4 Contribution Restrictions

Commingling Funds

Campaign funds may not be commingled with any individual’s
personal funds
; they must be kept in an account separate from any
account that contains personal funds. In general, campaign funds may
not be used for personal expenses.

She kind of left out the part of the testimony in the case a few weeks ago that Fani used 50,000 of her retirement savings for her campaign. Fani retained the remaining of her own funds. Not illegal. Odd she forgot all about that testimony today.

Just to add context to the left out parts.

If you actually listened to any of that testimony, you also know she admitted to transferring campaign funds to her personal account to pay her lover's expenses in cash, but you kinda left out that part of the testimony, didn't you.

Why would a criminal investigation be concerned about something that was "Legal" unless the money was misused illegally? 😀

Donated campaign funds cannot be used for personal expenses. Correct. However a candidate using their own funds is different.

A candidate will sometimes make a personal loan to his or her campaign with the expectation that once campaign contributions begin to arrive, the loan will be paid back. This practice is legal under both Georgia and federal law.

Campaign Finance Georgia

Merchant presented no evidence to the contrary of Fani's testimony. In the OP, she just said Fani used campaign funds as cash. She neglected the rest of the testimony that it was Fani's own retirement money funding the campaign. If there were donations, she would get her money back. If there were not, then she could keep the remaining funds. If there were donated funds in excess of her funds, she cannot keep them.

Also she was elected in 2020. Merchant in the first case a few weeks ago was asking about cash spent in 2022 on the first trips taken by Wade and Wilis. Willis stated she had cash left from the amount she withdrew from her retirement that she used for her campaign. For more clarity on the situation, as we see Marchant in the OP presented no evidence of any illegality.

And since ATS has now set the standard that evidence presented to a grand jury which resulted in an indictment that included the accused own attorneys testimony, text messages, audio, photos, other witness testimony, surveillance video, phone calls, etc are "hearsay","fake","speculation", the bar is now set really high, so one person making an accusation must really be nothing, right?

Yeahbut whatif the recordkeeping is in pencil and eraser marks are on the paper? 😃

You've heard about what happens when somebody mixes a personal $1 bill with a $2 bill in a campaign envelope?

..... it produces a counterfeit $3 bill 😬

As one that seeks to only use truth, you maybe should pick your words more carefully as those same words can and most likely will be uses against you.

I absolutely adore you.

Kicked around in thread after thread, posting liberal talking points that you think are actually relevant to the conversation time after time after time and you still keep going.

A Progressive Energizer bunny.

Keep posting please.

This is much better than most of the Netflix series out now just for general entertainment value.

A Truth stands on its own... lies need to be constantly retold until the sheep understand what they are supposed to think.

I fixed your spelling error.

You are most welcome.

Normally yes, but we live in Clown World now.

This type of behavior is now applauded and rewarded by the evil left.

Remember, BAMN

trust me when I say, I understand what you are saying. But at some point, somewhere in all this insanity, there has to be a ray of hope. A John Fetterman realizing this is wrong. Think of how far we have slid when the guy who campaigned in a coma won, and is now a voice of reason on the left. I feel dizzy now.

Fetterman surprised me.

I have no faith in things being corrected. All this talk of either side answering for their wrongs is nothing more than the brass polish on a sinking ship.

I have to wonder, when things change, and they will, will the justice system go back to being about justice, or do you think it will just be the same but against democrats? I honestly don't know.

Honestly, and sadly, I think we have gone too far.

IF justice is to be restored,, we need to let it burn to the crown

I had my doubts before today, but with this? Unless Merchant just perjured the fluck out of herself, it's looking like the Georgia case just imploded spectacularly.

What confuses me is why information is being revealed to the Georgia Senate that was not revealed in the Willis-Wade "event" over the past 3 weeks?
