So you just enforced my speculation. I have yet to see anyone on the left make a thread threatening others. I don't have a dog in this dispute yet I feel like this hatred will spill over into something that I'm pretty sure not a single living person would truly appreciate. If I may suggest something to you and others that feels the same, at what point in history has that mindset benefited humanity without violence? Peaceful actions and the willingness to compromise is a proven way to achieve goals.
Try it

I was not trying to disprove your speculation.
Peaceful? Like Gandhi level peaceful? He is usually the first example so I will roll with that for argument's sake. The condensed version is this, Gandhi was given credit sure, because they didn't fear him and would negotiate with him and be kinda safe in not getting killed too. They were forced to negotiate because of the very strong message's that the others were sending. It wasn't in the form of an unpolite letter I promise you. You can't change those in power by asking nicely. I can't find the books right now, and it has been years since I have refreshed this in my mind, but start with a man with a name close to Bhagavat Singh. Books by maybe W. Churchhill, H. Zinn, or even P. Gelderloos. I am guessing at someone in that group of writers. I can dig it out if I have to, but rest assured if you dig yourself, you will find that Gandhi wasn't the catalyst for peace, it was brutality that forced the Brits to that table. They can't have that version well known, and why? Cause it worked. We can't have people knowing what strategy worked, can we? I am going to get flamed here so, I will be back later to fruitlessly try and convince you that your history is mainly a lie on this. I will dig out the books and have all the little rebuttals I'm going to hear, destroyed by tomorrow night.
If anybody remembers any pertinent parts to this history, jump in. See you in about 48 hours, and don't give me static cause I can't just pump out the facts when it has been close to 2 decades since I read up on it. That doesn't make me wrong though. If you equate Gandhi and peaceful protest to success, then you are completely off the mark. You didn't bring him up I know, but I am sure he would come to mind, so let's make him the example to test your theory?

Ummm…who really cares about your speculations…

Point of fact…the poster you were responding to…was merely speculating as well…

In case you hadn’t noticed…that’s all we do on this site…speculate…ruminate…opine…which is…frankly…what the purpose of this site is all about…

The real issue…is when peeps begin to believe that their diatribe holds any real worth…that their opinion has any validity…

None of the banter on this site has any more relevance than a fart in the wind…

It’s here and gone…dissipated into the way back machine…and never changed any other mind’s preference for insular circle jerking in an effort to cling to it’s dogmas…

But it is fun to point to the discrepancies in other thought trains…all while coddling one’s own…

You all really are a remarkable breed…reading an entire screed…and focusing like a laser beam on that one dangling participle…and basing your response on whether or not there was really any fart particuli…still wafting on the breeze…

All because you bring nothing to the table…

Very amusing to behold…

Quoth the experiencer…

Confused as to why you say Zero.

is it because:

1. Election officials for the Dems have the steal?
2. All the attempts to get him jailed?

And quite honestly, if Trump has ZERO chance of winning, why are all you lefties trying to destroy democracy by not even giving the people the chance to say what they want.

Seriously, if he has no chance of winning, can ya'll please stop bringing him up?

So, this ''karma'' some here are mentioning? Is this some kind of universal law that some eastern religions believe or is this some form of the ''retribution'' or '' revenge'' that Trump is promising to dish out once he is back in the cat seat. Maybe some of that first day dictatorship he promised?

Haha we’ve watched destruction attack chaos revenge and abject hate from the Biden camp for over 3 years. Nary a word from you about it, except maybe a giggle.

Now that that you may not get your way on something….. crying the blues that evil orange man just might do all these things….. some day.

Thank you for being a picture perfect example of the premise of the OP.

Re-read the OP. You have jumped up and become that post, personified.

This gives me a big old smile. Schadenfreude flavored.

Trump made several promises. Close the border, and revive energy independence, and get gender ideology out of the schools, and end the war in Ukraine. He never said anything about repaying all the injustice he's suffered, that's revenge porn cooked up here on the forums.

Trump says some dopey stuff, like the dictator for a day thing, just to get the mentally unstable to scream. It’s not a good look or habit for him, but it sure is funny every time. Like when you fart loudly among drunken buddies.
Personally, I don’t like the idea of getting the retarded and ill all riled up. I’m a compassionate fellow.

You would be in awe if you knew the full scope of "karma" that's coming for those who actively participated in hurting MAGA Trump, or hurting America.
😨

I'm taking that as a threat and I didn't even vote for biden; How do you identify anti MAGA people to take your Karmaic revenge upon? Democrats? Libertarians? Who?

I like the way you put that though I was always one to do it silently and do the finger pointing. And I agree that that observation of Trump is a main reason for my dislike of him. His manner of stoking his retarded followers is at the very same time the manner that riles up his retarded detractors.

Your comment about how funny it is when he riles his opposition like that. It is funny but even that now seems to be part of our division. Late night comics are all, and I mean all are now making a living from the funny stuff that he does, it's a whole industry now. Meanwhile he offers almost each and every day a huge rally where those who are so happily entertained by him show up in droves to hear and watch their favorite vaudevillian perform for them so that they in turn can laugh back at his detractors.

I don't know as there is much attention paid to the weaponization of comedy but it is alive and well. Which takes me back to the farting game. No matter who farted or who had the fingers pointed at them, it was always a joke for everyone involved because we always knew that sooner or later each one of us would fart again and we all would laugh some more.

I would think that weaponized law enforcement and courts, election crimes, using violent groups against political rivals, and so on, are good avenues to identify people who need some karma. Maybe RICO when the proof is in for a lot of coordinated stuff between politics and media and agencies and universities.

I believe there’s good evidence, and of course that’s needed for some tasty karma.

Didn’t do or help any of this stuff ? Then one shouldn’t feel any threat.

Trump had 4 years to target dems and lefties, and he never did. I don’t see him doing anything to people for their beliefs this time either.

On the other hand, it’s been all hands on deck for the Biden cabinet vs conservatives, republicans, cops, military, anybody connected to Trump. For 3.5 years.

I really don’t think comedy exists any more. 99% of comics and TV / movies are following the new rules of “nothing but democrat approved material”.

The few who are still working outside of that -

Chappell
Rogan
Gillis
Burr
Segura
Kreischer

Not sure if there are any TV /movie people left. Maybe Roseanne, when she’s not suspended for 3-4 years.

No wait there’s a couple -

Kaviezel
Eastwood
Woods
Stephen Baldwin (Alec’s bro)
Adam Baldwin (not one of them)
Walbergh

Big enough names to not get canceled too easily.

I'm sure once he gets in office all of our problems will magically disappear.

Everyone is better off staying home on election day and masturbating since it's basically the same exercise as voting except by the end you'll actually have a little something to show for it.

Noone cares about who you think is funny or not. I want an answer that is clear as day. Do you support the idea of a vengeful president coming into power that made a comment about being a dictator for just one day?
Simple yes or no.

The former. But if we are to hold these ridiculous platitudes which are bandied around in the media, sound bytes like "no-one is above the law, everyone must be held accountable" , than those philosophies would apply to any opposition party member who abused their power and subverted our institutions to partisan corruption and would appropriately be subject to "being held accountable and not being above the law" without it being declared retribution or revenge.

if we are making sure nobody is above the law and people must be held to account, prosecuting the criminals for their abuses of power and open corruption is the correct course of action int he pursuit of justice.

I want to see many of the news company executives and editors charged under RICO for their obvious collusion with so many agencies with the Truth in news Initiative spreading actual lies as if they were the truth, just like the Iraq WMD's bullcrap. Or trying to stamp out the truth with the 2020 Corporate terror op known as COVID by slandering professionals as ignorant conspiracy theorists telling lies. The news is selling it to you all as dictatorship because they know they are all guilty of working against the United States when they worked in concert with many European agencies and governments to ouster an American President and then bragged about it with that open letter in the New York Times.

I want to see US Marshalls and Sheriff's offices raiding the hell out of NYC media towers, and pulling the white collar criminals out in cuffs.

Yes.
Who would endure the absolute onslaught he has? The malicious prosecution of political opponents sounds like what a dictatorship would do, doesn't it? That man is hated by people, who when asked how he is all these evil things? They just can't come up with any examples, because, of course there are just ''too many to name'' Ok, snowflakes can you name a few then? Nope, it is not their job to educate anyone. Yes, that is very clear. That would be no education at all.
If he didn't have vengeance in his heart before I hope he does now. If he doesn't then he has no heart, and that wouldnt be normal. Dictator for a day? Yes that too. He knows where the bodies are buried and who put them there.
This is exactly where this hatred for him originates. He is dangerous because he can't be bought, or silenced.

Goes something kinda like this, ''If the American people knew what we have done, we would all be hung by morning'' (paraphrasing)-Henry Kissinger.
Seem's like a guy that would know, right? I have a feeling the Don knows too, and I think you all know this, in that no no place inside, that screams at you to just not look too deep, because he talked about grabbing a kitty, he's orange and my favorite ''literally'' Hitler.

Or the simple answer that you needed to put in a box.
Yes and Yes, and he only needs a day.

Supposedly, The SC is going to issue a ruling tomorrow on the ballot removal, Mar 4.

If they rule as I suspect they will, the liberal tears will flow freely and be extra salty.
