I do wonder, if you follow the advice of your attorney, and it turns out he shafted you and did illegal sh!t, who goes to jail?

If it's a conspiracy, you both go to jail. That's why both Trump and Cheseboro are mentioned in the indictment in Georgia.

Trump is pushing 80. At what age is he going to become responsible for his own actions?

As soon as you hold all plotiticians to the same standard you hold Trump to.

They are.

All the politicians who tried to illegally hold on to the power of the Presidency after being told by the Electoral College that they lost are being pursued by the law equally.

It turns out that there's only one.

I don’t think that’s how it works.

Joes garage.

This logic is why you are a laughing stock.

For one, it was tried in 2016.

For two, Biden was inaugurated on J20.

Thank you for your valuable service however.

Snark? That's all you have to reply with? Sure the ''theory'' might be the case, he might have been a D. plant. If he had been a plant, it was a good one because he had Trump's ear and helped to guide him into this, ah, fiasco. But you will notice I used the word ''if''. I even underlined it. IF

This is your thread and what I offered was a simple observation on your conjecture. If you want to use your thread for snark then I suppose I am in the wrong place.

If you think I'm going to answer you without snark, you are definitely in the wrong place. It's what I do. But if you can wipe the TDS out of your eyes for a minute, you might see a key word in the title of the OP. It's there to help folks just like you.

He may have come up with the plan, but the nuts and bolts of it with the fraudulent electors in the states was handled by Guiliani, Eastman and Trump campaign officials. They were the ones who coordinated everything.

There are texts apparently of other Trump campaign officials calling the plan a "donkey show", that because they knew there was no proven fraud that to do this plan would likely not be legal.

No one forced Trump to follow through.
Kind of like J6. People claim, oh, the rioters were told to go into the Capitol, or the police instigated it. Just because someone says "hey I have an idea!" It is your responsibility if you do it and it's illegal.

I called your ''maybe'' and raised an ''if''. Want to raise it back then I am free to either call your raise or raise it back again.

Obama and Hillary have infiltrated Joe Biden's campaign, and its still screwed up... Because the candidate himself is a mental basket case.

Trump seems to do fine sabotaging himself. He may be even more popular if he had not implicated himself in so many situations that have found there way to both the court of public opinion and the actual one in the justice system.

I thought y'all thought Trump was imperious to getting D'ed.

There are already rumblings about the leftist dems refusing to certify Trump when he wins.

When this happens you will support it with all your heart. You may write a little snippet about how it’s totally different and therefore the greatest defense of “democracy” ever.

But yeah, you’ll be running around screeching with joy and yelping “hahahahahahaha !!!”

There is no other possible outcome. Summarily dismissed.

That and his overt racist comments in the thread about Trump and black voters.

I see we are already making excuses why Trump is going to lose in November.

So I guess I'll have to listen to another four years of voter fraud then? Oh Dear Lord!

I suppose if you aren't capable of grasping the word (maybe) you can use whatever word you like that means the same thing. I'm here for you Terry.

It's possible, but you always have options. I'll wait for the election to see if those 81 million voters remember how great Joetatoe was. As long as we don't have any more illegal immigrant issues in the US, I'm sure they will vote for him again. But with Immigration and Border security being at the front of voters minds, Joetatoe may have a tough row to hoe.

And with Trump being known for how mean he was for closing the border, something everyone now seems to want, it's looking like cheating this time will be exponentially different and difficult. We might see a free and fair election. It's sad that only republicans seem to be interested in that, but I guess you have to dance with the one that brought ya.

Faithless electors are not new. They are the duly elected electors who decide not to certify as they should for the candidate who won the state. They usually face a fine.

Quite different than falsely signing documents stating you were elected as the elector, getting a copy of a certificate of an ascertainment, and as in michigan, signing it in the GOP HQ in the middle of the night, not in the Capitol required by law, then sending that fake one to the senate and Archivist. Declaring the guy who lost, won.

how was this plan supposed to work? Were they going to kill the actual electors, or just kidnap them and hide them away until after the election? I admit to not understanding how this works, which is why I am asking, and you at least think you have a good grasp on it based on how many times you respond to this incident.

So there had to be some way this was supposed to work, and I'm just not seeing it.

I bet that would go over just about as well as it did last time. Maybe she will claim everyone is a Russian agent again.
