*Note - The following was an attempt to change my writing style, and write like an AI bot for use in a story.
Once upon a time in an interdimensional world of rabbits, there lived a clever and talented bunny named Addolorata. Addolorata had always been
passionate about storytelling and loved to share her imaginative tales of wonder with her fellow rabbits. With a desire to reach a wider audience,
Addolorata turned to using AI software to help her write her stories more efficiently and effectively.
This was a huge mistake. For it was INCREDIBLY UNETHICAL, not to mention in direct violation of the most important and sacred rule of writing,
originality. She chose to ignore that and pressed her luck.
As Addolorata's stories gained popularity amongst the rabbit community, they caught the attention of the very prestigious and fancy Rabbit Writers
Guild. The Guild prided themselves on traditional storytelling methods and frowned upon plagiarism, and more recently the use of Lepus AI in place of
authenticity.
One fateful and foggy evening, as Addolorata was putting the finishing touches on her latest immaculate story, with the help of her trusty AI
software, she heard a knock on her burrow door.
"Who could this be, at this time?" She thought, but underneath was a sinking feeling something was amiss.
To her unsurprise, it was a prominent member of the Rabbit Writers Guild, the angry faced, Sir Lucky Fuzzyfoot Elderberry XVIII.
Elderberry confronted Addolorata, accusing her of gaining notoriety through deceitful means and violating the principles of the Guild. Addolorata
tried to explain that she only wanted to share her stories with more rabbits, and that the AI software was
just a tool to help her express her
creativity faster, and with far less punctuation errors.
Despite her pleas, Addolorata was taken to the Guild's headquarters, where she was placed into holding and given no carrots, no bond, only disgusting
pellets.
Fraudulence is a capitol offense in Rabbitland. They suffer for their originality.
Finally, the trial date came.
The other rabbits watched in suspense as the fate of Addolorata unfolded before their eyes.
In a surprising turn of events, a young rabbit named Foxington Shewsworth, who had been a fan of Addolorata's stories, stood up and spoke in her
defense. Foxington explained that every writer regurgitated crap anyway, and all she did was discover a shortcut that exploited moral grey areas. Then
he made the most profound argument of all. He argued that if her stories had such a positive effect on him, then they must have had an effect on
others. For this reason, her indiscretions should be overlooked, and she she be shown leniency for her actions.
Unmoved by Foxington's heartfelt words, the Elderberry and the other Guild members immediately realized the correctness of their decision. They called
Addolorata a lying fraud, and said all appearance of talent was like noted Rabbit fraud singers Miffy Vaniffi and Jessica Rabbit's younger sister,
Ashley Rabbit. They argued while there was a positive impact of her stories on the rabbit world, in the end, it was deemed an unforgivable breach of
contract and trust, and she was suspended indefinitely from contributing.
As a side punishment, the guild forced her to wear an embroidered patch on her coat at all times. The letter F, for fraud, bedazzled in ruby on a felt
of scarlet.
Additionally her foot would be cut off for an asian woman to take to an Indian Casino.
Addolorata was henceforth a joke. She was gawked at and whispered about. Her once immaculate stories were given an asterisk.
And so, the story of Addolorata the rabbit writer who dared to dream differently, to lie and become a beloved legend in the rabbit world, ended up a
side note of unoriginal laziness.
And now has one less foot.
The End
