I have no problem with 91 charges against Biden if again, he refused, asked his attorneys and employees to remove items instead of returning them, just like Trump.

I'm not the republican who wrote the report and determined they couldn't support a charge against Biden.

All they got is Trump is a bad person. They cannot even prove that opinion to people who see thru the lies. We see how hard they have to lie and how bad it is working for them. It’s not your fault. The Usual Suspects (I know them well) keep dragging you off topic with their replies. That’s because they have no response to make on the actual topic ⎻ what can they say, after all, except ‘gee, I guess you guys are right’? Admitting that would be like swallowing live coals to them, so they keep trying to escape from the topic instead.

I don’t care. I used to be an enthusiastic poster of threads and replies back before this place got converted into a seedy Trumpist ghetto, but nobody except a few UFO enthusiasts and religious obsessives ever bothers to post anything worthwhile on ATS any more. Most of the really interesting people left the site after 2016, taking its quality and variety and edginess with them. What’s left is, for the most part, dross.

Hmmm, so you state that Hur's report has enough to charge Biden. Even though he does not feel he could prove the charges and clearly states that. Yet, you argue with me for multiple pages in threads over and over again, that testimony presented to a Grand Jury that includes, testimony from Trump's attorneys obtained through a courts decision to pierce the crime fraud exception, text messages between his employees, surveillance video, other witness testimony, a fraudulently signed attestation letter, and the actual docs that were found after the subpoena for their return, along with Smith clearly stating in filings that he has proof that he kept them, obstructed the govt from getting them, and he will prove in court all of this and what Trump was doing with them, are all not nearly enough evidence for Trump's indictment.
