Ok, so..I was looking through crime scene photos, watching videos, and trying to look at this objectively. A few things I found out that I did not
know:
1. There were animal hairs found both in the duct tape that was used to cover JonBenet's mouth and in her hand.
2. With the pineapple chunks on the table in the kitchen, there was a cup of tea found (odd for a child of six but maybe)
3. The undisturbed cobwebs in the window doesn't matter, cobwebs can form overnight on the corners of windows. It wasn't as though there was a huge
one covering the whole space (see pic below). Just small ones on the corners of the window and the broken pane.
4. I noticed on the floor plans that there are actually two staircases that provide access to all the upper levels of the house.
Check it out (notated by green dots in thumb below)..
Two ways to enter/exit each floor of the house...except for the basement. The basement only has one staircase leading up to the first floor. It is the
staircase at the front of the house (notated by red dot in thumb below)
All the other floors have two staircases with one more exception: The second floor where Jon Benet's bedroom is. It has 3 staircases according to the
floorplan. Two located by JonBenet's bedroom and one located in Burk's room. One of the two staircases located by JonBenét's room leads only up to
the third floor (master bedroom) and the other leads only down to the first floor.

Just very weird because if I were intruder, not knowing my way around the house, between the hours of 10 pm and 5 am in the dark, I think it could get
very confusing. Hard not to make a mistake/noise..
These staircases also show a couple of ways to move a body. The most direct one being the front staircase which leads from the 3rd floor (master
bedroom) all the way down to the basement. I mean that staircase leads directly to the wine room basically.
Anyhow, just wanted to point that out because I have not seen this talked about in any of the articles I've come across.
Thanks,
blend
I also wanted to add the pic of the flashlight. It was found in the kitchen I think. The only piece of evidence left at the scene of the crime that is
reported to be wiped clean of prints. So, possibly a plant because if they used the flashlight to roam the house...why would they leave it in the
kitchen when they would need it to get out of the house? All of a sudden they don't need it once they get to the kitchen? They don't need it to
unlock the door? They are that sure it's free of prints that they left it behind when it is just as easy to take it with them? Makes no sense...
