About half of America understands this, the other half thinks it's because there aren't enough people with guns in enough places.

It happens in other places as well. South Africa for example.

Gun laws are rather strenuous there, yet it's a virtual playground for criminals. Simply because you can buy a gun from a gas station, practically anywhere. This from a country that HAS gun restriction laws. It means nothing if the law is not enforced.
