You know. I was going to mention this. The rumor was that the reason the government had those UFO hearings was because of talk that a unfriendly nation was going to release information.

Certain "alien" technologies could be very destabilizing. Especially in power generation.

House Intelligence Committee Chair Mike Turner has made information concerning a “serious national security threat” available to all members of Congress to review, the committee said on Wednesday.

While Turner and the White House remained vague on what the threat entailed, two sources and a US official tell CNN the threat is related to Russia. Multiple sources familiar with the intelligence characterized it as “very sensitive.”

One of the sources who has seen the intelligence confirmed that “it is, in fact, a highly concerning and destabilizing” Russian capability “that we were recently made aware of.” But House Speaker Mike Johnson later sought to soothe concerns about the unspecified threat, saying there is “no cause for alarm.”

The very thing that they are discussing:- I saw a video yesterday (and I can't seem to find it now) for about an hour a town sheriff was repeating what he was told at a high level meeting, that all of America must be ready to defend itself from internal threats from terrorists already in the country. What needs to be done is to massively upgrade local law officers because when SHTF it will be that widespread that it will be useless to call the National Guard or the regular army.
Reason (though you might not want to hear it) when Hamas attacked Israel it was the local law officers that had to deal with the problem as all other forces took too long through red tape and mobilization procedure's to be of any help. Jeez, I wish I could find the video.

Word is it's space related. Russia just launched a military satellite a few days ago.

5 days ago Russia launched a Soyuz-2-1v rocket into space, carrying a classified payload for the Ministry of Defense. Satellite Kosmos-2575 is now in orbit and under the control of the Russian Air and Space Forces.
