And my laundry is done and it has been two hours and just one leftist posted here and didn't have a logical rebuttal.
For shame leftists... FOR SHAME!
To be honest, to me the only thing you are good for at this point in American politics is entertainment.
And you fail at that too.

I know the bill that got blocked was the same bill. But the Ukraine aid bill on its own just passed the senate… you know that right?
So there was no logical reason for it to be blocked, except that Trump wanted it to be blocked so he can campaign on border security.
It wasn’t a bad deal either, shut the border after 5,000 cross a day, considering they say 10,000+ are crossing everyday, they could’ve halved the amount of people crossing the border… stupid republicans, now they get nothing.
Show us where in that Bill it was guaranteed the Border would be shut at 5000? And of course, HOW would they do it, and how would they handle asylum claims for people that just jumped the Border at non ports of entry? Where is all this in that Bill? Show us please. 😃
DISCRETIONARY ACTIVATION.—The Secretary may activate the border emergency authority if, during a period of 7 consecutive calendar days, there is an average of 4,000 or more aliens who are encountered each day.
‘‘(B) MANDATORY ACTIVATION.—The Secretary shall activate the border emergency authority if— ‘‘(i) during a period of 7 consecutive calendar days, there is an average of 5,000 or more aliens who are encountered each day; or ‘‘(ii) on any 1 calendar day, a combined total of 8,500 or more aliens are encountered.

with this subsection.
‘(2) TERMS AND CONDITIONS.—
‘‘(A) SUMMARY REMOVAL.—Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, subject to subparagraph (B), the Secretary shall issue a summary removal order and summarily remove an alien to the country of which the alien is a subject, national, or citizen (or, in the case of an alien having no nationality, the country of the alien’s last habitual residence), or in accordance with the processes established under section 241, unless the summary removal of the into such country would be prejudicial to the interests of the United States.

I mean, it’s what the Republicans asked for, it’s not even what the Democrats wanted. But Trump got it blocked and now Republicans get nothing.

if there's something that The House Republicans don't like, they should mark-up the bill and send it back.

Let's not forget the current administration's idea of a secure border is if it lets in 5000 UNDOCS every day, 7 days a week 365 days a year.
