Don't think it's just a black thing. My parents immigrated here. They have a safe and cash. My parents hate the idea of any of us using debit cards or credit cards for everything. They believe you should have a good chunk of cash at home as well.

Sure, it happens.

And even if someone owned a house that had someone else making payments on it, that wouldn't necessarily make them a criminal.

However, being a public official and accepting mortgage payments in exchange for favors, likely would be a crime, and just to be clear, I'm not saying that that is the case with Fani.

If the judge finds that there has been improper actions, which constitute she should be recused, then sure.

If it's just about trying to smear and humiliate her, then no.
