Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) on Monday threatened to send US troops to fight Russia unless Republicans agree to his $100 billion world aid bill currently stalled in Congress.

The Senate’s $118.28 billion national security supplemental package allocates $60 billion in military aid to Ukraine.

These congress people remind me of the people who win the lottery, win millions and then spend it all in a year on stupid frivolous stuff and then back to work like the rest of us.

I think if we HAVE to send money to other countries, it should come out of the congress people's pay. Once that is exhausted, no more aid for other countries.

Obviously his not saying they’re going to declare war against Russia if the bill doesn’t pass! His just pointing out the reality of the situation, which is if Russias allowed to win in Ukraine Putin will continue with his expansion into other Eastern European countries (NATO nations)… which will inevitably drag the US directly into a major conflict.

Furthermore, that 60 billion obviously isn’t going to be sent to Ukraine as pallets of cash! The majority of it will be old military equipment that the US has to upgrade eventually anyway. Then more modern military equipment will be produced in the US and sent to the US military… it’ll create US jobs and is good for the US economy and also helps strengthening the US military.

I mean we have given Ukraine a very large advance on aid but it is not the amount we have given to Israel since the end of WW2.

Putin isn’t going to try and take any NATO country.
Never going to happen.
The only reason he went for Ukraine in the first place because he knew Barry would let him.
Then they built up their defenses for 10 years and then sleepy Joe became prez and he went for it all.
He knew Trump couldn’t be prez forever.
