You blew up the Nord Streams, you constantly destroy civilians in Russian cities with your missiles, your special forces are invading Russian territory. My own personal beliefs of Putin and Russia may not necessarily run parallel to some/many in the USA. As such, answer the question. I am not here to condemn nor spread propaganda regarding Putin. I am trying to stick to facts in re your example pertaining to your claim.
